What an amazing place! Beautiful location, comfortable rooms and wonderful hosts. Michael and Mary went out of their way to make us feel at home and very, very comfortable. The breakfast was incredible (no need to eat for the rest of the day!) and tea and cake in the garden when we arrived was just the most perfect start to our stay. We found it very hard to leave and will definitely be back if we're ever lucky enough to return to Australia

Michael and Mary's hospitality was very warm and welcoming, their vintage-cottage like chateau was beautiful and the ambience was amazing! Although we stayed for a short period, we felt like we had been there for a lot longer. The warm and refreshing conversations we had with Michael and Mary spanned from 'where to go and grab dinner' to 'a tour around their grand chateau and newly built cottage'. We loved the decor of the rooms, we could tell straight away that Mary had her personalised designer touches in each room and Michael was a man of execution and courtesy, it was so comfortable and cosy, which just helped us ease right into our stay quickly. If we were to ever reminisce about their place again it would definitely be their company and conversations that made our stay ever so enjoyable! We look forward to coming back soon and for longer! My partner and I stayed at Trafalgar B&B for 1 night as part of a last minute weekend getaway to the Blue Mountains. Michael and Mary were great hosts and welcomed us warmly right from the start. You can tell they really enjoy meeting new people and are full of suggestions about places to visit in the area. The Blue room was comfortable with lots of little touches that you just dont get a hotel. Breakfast was delicious with more than enough food to keep us going through the morning. Its a great place if you are looking to stay away from the touristy Katoomba but still want to be close enough to explore the national park. I'd also highly recommend a dinner at Lochiel House, located just a few minutes down the road from the B&B.

We had a wonderful stay in the Blue Room at Trafalgar B&B this Easter for our second wedding anniversary. Mary and Michael were amazing hosts from the moment we arrived. From the tour of the beautiful garden and their home, to meeting Oscar the cat, this place is more like a country retreat than your average B&B. We stayed in the Blue room which more than lived up to expectations. Our room was so luxurious, down to the Aesop hand wash and body lotion in the bathroom! We had a lovely fish dinner cooked by Mary that night (at a small extra cost given it was good Friday and lots of places were closed) and a fantastic hot breakfast the next morning. The eggs for breakfast were straight from the chickens which reside on the grounds (along with beautiful lime, orange and apple trees). Trafalgar B&B is beautifully located close to the botanic gardens at Mount Tomah and the Blue Mountains. This place is not to be missed and was the highlight of our Easter weekend. We can't wait to return!
