Luminous and functional apartment (Wi-Fi included) with an excellent situation in Seville city center. The aparment is equipped with two bedrooms, a complete kitchen and also with a spacious living-room with big balcony to street Zaragoza and great views of the Giralda.
The apartment is located in the 3rd floor of a building of five. This building was completely renovated in 2002, by this reason all the amenities and equipment are rather modern. As I told before it must be also mentioned that the street where this apartment is located is a pedestrian one, which makes the apartment even more quiet and comfortable.
Its location is absolutely perfect, with important monuments and landmarks all around it: just around the corner we can find the two streets that form the real center of the shopping here in Seville: Sierpes and Tetuán. Also very close we also find: the Cathedral and the Giralda, the Alcázar, the Archivo de Indias, the Plaza Nueva with the City Hall, Salvador Church, etc. So, as you can see, the situation is excellent and makes this apartment a perfect chance to know the city.
