You will feel right at home in this super cozy, open concept Yukon home with beautiful views of the Wildlife Preserve. You are a walk away from the Takhini Hot Springs, Yukon Wildlife Preserve and the best coffee north of 60 - Bean North. There are endless trails and spectacular vistas.
This home is a great place to visit with family and friends - the space just makes you feel GOOD! See bison, deer and elk right from the window at the neighbouring wildlife preserve. There's a propane woodstove in the living room to keep you cozy and warm with a flick of the switch.

Either myself or my daughter who lives next door will be available by phone or in person if required to answer any questions you may have throughout your stay.
We are on water delivery and have a septic system. We ask guests to be mindful of their water use and also with the amount of paper that goes into the septic system. We have basic satellite TV - CBC, CTV, History and local channels - there are no bells or whistles. My daughter lives next door and has a dog who is used to coming over for a visit. Gilligan is friendly with people and dogs and will likely come and say hello and then go back home.
As this home is on water delivery and septic system, we ask guests to be mindful of water consumption and the amount of paper that goes in the septic. Smoking is permitted outside. There are no railings on the 3 foot high deck which is why it is not suitable for toddlers.
I LOVE the Yukon! I came up here from "outside" in the summer of 1985 looking for adventure - it wasn't long before I realized the Yukon was home. You will hear this story repeated by many. I will be happy to help you plan a fun and memorable visit.
