The apartment is completely renovated and has: kitchen, dining & living room, bathroom, one bedroom and terrace. The bedroom has two single beds and in the living room there is one comfortable pull-out sofa for two. It is completely equipped with new furniture, TV, internet and Air conditioning.
The whole neighborhood and surrounding is very quiet at night and still very close to all major happenings in the town.
Only 5 minutes walk from Budva Old Town, as well as there are few beaches nearby: mogren, slovenska, richardova and town beach.
There is shop 20m from the apartment. Apart from regular things, it has vegetables and fruits as well.
The regional bus station is just 300 - 400m away and international is ~ 1km from the apartment.
If any of the guests is in need for transportation to/from airport I can organize it, so that taxi driver can drive guests directly to the location at cheapest possible price.
Parking is available per request.
Note 1: at some areas of the apartment ceiling is low.
Note 2: Check out and Check in are flexible only if there are no guest before or after.
Note 3: Tourist tax is not included and it costs 1 eur per day per adult.

“Sun ‘n’ Sea” HOUSE RULES
To make sure that you will have a pleasant stay and to prevent any misunderstanding, PLEASE read the house rules in our private accommodation.
§ On the day of arrival the guests have to give to the owner their identification documents (passports) for the purpose of registration at the Tourist Board. The documents will be returned to the guests within 24 hours.
§ Tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price and it costs 1 euro per person per day.
§ The owner is available to the guests during their stay for any information and assistance they may need.
§ The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the apartment. The owner is not required to clean and tidy up, or to take out the garbage during the whole stay of the clients.
§ The owner will provide clean bed linen every 7 days. The owner does not have the obligation to furnish any cleaning products and detergent.
§ The guests are obliged to take care of their personal things and valuables left in the accommodation. The owner will not be responsible in case of any disappearance (we advise the guests to always keep the valuables in the safe case).
§ The owner does not have the right to enter in the rented accommodation during the absence of the guests, except to stop damages or to provide the bed linen after 7 days of their stay. If the owner has any reason to believe that house rules are violated, the guests have to let them enter in the accommodation in order to check the situation.
§ It is not allowed to bring any weapon, inflammable or explosive substances and products with strong or unpleasant smell into the apartment.
§ The guests are kindly asked to take care of the accommodation and its furniture situated inside and outside of it. The guests are not allowed to move the furniture or to transport it to another accommodation, outside or to the beach (the kitchen chairs to the terrace, cutlery to another accommodation unit, towels or blankets to the beach)
§ The use of the laundry is allowed only if the guests are staying more than 5 days. The frequency of usage is once in 5 days. Extra usage will be charged 5 euro. The laundry must be fully filled with clothes in order to prevent damaging of it. The detergent is provided by the guests.
§ When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances.
§ As well the guests are asked while they are outside not to leave the air-conditioning on if it is not necessary, and to close doors and windows while it is in use. It is not allowed to cool down food and drinks by leaving them under running water.
§ It is forbidden to throw waste in the toilets or in any other place not predicted for this purpose like outside the house or in its vicinity.
§ It is strictly forbidden to bring other people in the apartment.
§ Guests who intentionally or accidentally damage the property, will have to reimburse the owner the full amount of the occurred damage.
§ On the day of departure the guests have to leave the accommodation the latest at 10:30 AM, so the owner has time to prepare it for the next guests arriving at 14:00. Latest check out than 10:30 AM must be discussed with the owner.
§ The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged.
§ The guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the owner and other customers from 9 PM (21:00) till 8 AM (08:00).
§ The owner can put an end to the reservation of the guests who do not respect house rules. In this case the guests will be charged for the entire amount of the reservation, regardless the shorter stay.
