The house is on the first floor of a medieval building, with preserved externally and internally care. A wooden door leads you into the hall, with a bricked wall. The staircase, of fine marble, leads to the apartment. Here goes the marble pattern, interspersed with elegant dark square. A large brick arch spans the entire living room, where there is the kitchen, decorated with local tiles. The doors, the table and the window frames were handmade. The double glazing will provide heat in winter and cool in summer, thanks also to the thick medieval walls.
For your convenience you will find a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, oven and gas hobs.
The way is situated in the center, a short walk from the Cathedral, which can be admired from the balcony and from the living room window.
The house is surrounded by bars, restaurants, wine bars and all the basic amenities (supermarket, pharmacy ...)
Accès des voyageurs
The house is fully available to guests, including the passageway where they can store any bikes or stroller
Échanges avec les voyageurs
If guests like, I'm happy to take them around the city and participate with their adventure in Abruzzo, dispensing advice on what to see and where to eat. If you don't have a car, I can give you a lift from autobus/train
Rome is close just 140km, 2 hours of bus, which can be picked in the near S.Francesco Square. You can easily visit Rome and come back in one day (with a cost of about 25€ per person). The beautiful Ascoli Piceno is close just 30km, half-hour of bus.
I'm a graphic designer, photographer and visual specialist based in Teramo. I have my own business with FPC Creative, going around Italy to make communication and hospitality lessons to hotels and restaurants.
This passion, mixed with the love for design, aimed me to build up a little place where I can host tourists and people coming to visit Teramo.
Hope to meet you all, because I love chatting :)
I also love good eating, wine and fine music
