Description

My place is a big and sunny apartment two blocks away from Sunset Park. Park Slope is a ten minute bike ride away, and you can get to Manhattan in 30 minutes via the D train (see neighborhood description for more details). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

This is a cozy one bd apt. with plenty of natural light and space. The living room has a nice futon. Two grownups can comfortably fit in. It has a door which ca make the living room a separate bedroom if needed.

The apartment is fully furnished, and the kitchen has all the appliances needed but a microwave.

Te bd has a queen-size bed, a desk, and a closet and a a big dresser.
The bathroom also has all the amenities needed fully functioning.

You will have access to all the apt.

I travel a lot. So depending in the dates I will be ableto interact with guests

Sunset Park is a diverse neighborhood. It has a number of large communities in it: Mexicans, Chinese, Puerto Ricans, Orthodox Jews and White Americas. Because of its diversity, Sunset Park has a lot of restaurants reflecting its diversity. Asian and Mexican food is the predominance, though.
Sunset park is two blocks away from the apt. It is a great place to take a walk or have a picnic, and you have one of the best views of Manhattan.
There are a number of interesting places nearby. Coney Island is 20 minutes away taking the D train. Park Slope, a great neighborhood to find all kinds of restaurants, bars and shopping stores is a five minute taxi ride, 15 minutes by subway; Greenwood Cemetery, the biggest cemetery in the Borough, is a few blocks way. It is also a nice place to visit.

Getting around is easy from here. There are two D line stations less than a five minute walk. The D line can take you to Manhattan in 20-30 mins. Also, the N and R trains are one stop away; Altantic/Barcaleys Center is two stations away. There you can transfer to almost any subway line the city has.
One block from the apt is a taxi station, and all around the neighborhood there are numerous bus lines.

Carlos was a perfect host and communication was always great. Apartment was just as described. Unfortunately we spent there some of the hottest days in summer and we could not rest much due to the high temperatures. The fan was not enough to cool the living room and opening the window was not the solution either. I would recommend the place if you have a limited budget.
