Your room consists of a comfy bed, a private bathroom, and a small cooking area, which has recently been added to the unit. Additionally, there is a coffee table, a desk, and a small fridge in your room.
You'll have plenty of cabinet space for your belongings. The space is literally a 7-minute walk to the beach, 2-minute walk to market, and less than 5 minute to local restaurants, coffee shops, and massage parlors.

Accès des voyageurs
You will be assigned a room key for your room when you check in. You'll also have access to the main kitchen and washing machine on the main floor. Additionally, you can use other other amenities in the bathroom. Often time, we'll have tea, coffee, fruits, and snacks in the common area, so help yourself if there are any left!
Échanges avec les voyageurs
On occasions, you'll see us in the common area working or hanging loose, but if we step out for a bit, you can call or text us directly if you need anything. We suggest, that once you meet other guests who are staying in our home, exchange numbers if you don't mind, because there are meet-up events amongst our guests here and there, and we create a group chat to set the coordinates. Yes, everyone is welcome, even your friends or families who don't stay with us!
We have friends who work in tourism throughout the central provinces and they know these places very well. If you are interested in exploring Hoi An, Da Nang, Hue and beyond, but you do not have a specific agenda, please let us know in advance, preferably a few days ahead, so we can help you create your itinerary, depending on your availability, prior to your arrival.
We definitely want you to have a good and relaxing experience during your visit, so we'll connect you with a local guide to lay out all of the options based on your time here, and you can decide what works best for you! :-)
We're pretty easy-going and we try not to create too many rules, but at the same time, we want to be fair to every person who stays with us, thus we kindly ask you and your company to please take these seriously.
A. Please do not smoke inside the house. It's one of those rules that we must enforce due to the health interests of our guests and their traveling companions. Often time, we have children and elders as guests, hence if you need a smoke break, please do so outside the premise.
B. If you have guests/friends at other hotels or homestay, who will be staying overnight, they must be registered with us, because that's the law and there is no exception to this rule.
C. Please turn off all lights, air conditioner/fan, and water before leaving the house. Also, wash the dirty dishes and other kitchenware afterwards if you were prepping a snack or cooking a meal in the main kitchen prior.
D. Please leave your shoes and slippers on the shoe rack before coming inside the house. We want to maintain the house as clean as possible and very much appreciate it if you could, too.
E. Please have respect for other guests who are staying in our home. We enjoy meeting new people traveling from all over the world and listening to their stories. We hope that your visit to Vietnam results in wonderful memories that could last a lifetime.
F. Check IN @ 2pm and OUT by 12pm

Welcome! I believe hosting Airbnb is totally awesome and it's quite a nice hobby, and I can't wait to meet you and your travelling companions during your visit to Da Nang!
The Airbnb platform definitely connects travelers and local hosts, thus creating a very unique and memorable experience for both parties! It's where I have made some new friends internationally, as well as domestically.
Just a few things about me:
1.) Loves to travel to new places.
2.) Try to play golf as often as possible.
3.) Enjoy flipping through the pages of GOOD book while sitting on the beach in a bean bag with a cold beer. (Currently reading: Why Nations Fail by Daron Acemoglu)
4.) Going out with friends, and even Airbnb guests out to lunch/dinner and listen to their stories. I find that, sometimes, sharing stories can be totally awesome and eye-opening!
5.) Enjoy some nice wine + thin-crusted pizzas at 4P's.
6.) Eager to learn more about hospitality sector and how I can improve myself as a host on a day-to-day basis.
7.) That's about all for now, so hopefully, in the future, YOU could inspire me to add to this list.
See you soon! ^^
