Our lovely 3-bedroom, 2 ½-bathroom row home is located in the very desirable Santa Fe Art District neighborhood. Walk to art galleries, museums, breweries, restaurants, and shops. Our home is perfect for large parties or families traveling to Denver.
This spacious home offers stylish furniture, updated amenities, and unique décor. There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, twin beds in the third bedroom, and a couch that converts into a bed. Our home comfortably accommodates 8 guests and features an LED TV with a smart Blu-ray player and high-speed WiFi. You’ll find everything you need to cook in the fully stocked kitchen. We provide fresh towels and linens for our guests. We also provide dishwashing detergent, an iron, ironing board, and a hair dryer. Watch the stunning Colorado sky fill with stars from the gliding bench on the front porch or from the lounge furniture in the private backyard patio area.

Denver imposes a 10.75% Lodger’s Tax on reservations of fewer than 30 nights. It also charges an Occupational Privilege Tax on businesses operating in Denver that receive at least $500 for a calendar month. Hosts will be required to pay the Lodger’s Tax, Occupational Privilege Tax, and all other taxes associated with providing short-term rentals. It is up to the individual host to collect the necessary taxes.

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. We are also not responsible for personal items left behind from your stay* If any personal items are left at the property, we will do our best to recover them. However, there will be an automatic charge of $30 for any items that need to be shipped back to you from your stay (prices may vary for large items).
Although marijuana is legal in the state of Colorado, we do not permit ANY smoking, vaping, etc of marijuana inside the home. You are welcome to use marijuana outside in our private back patio. If it is determined that a guest smoked marijuana inside the home, we will keep that security deposit to pay for extra cleaning.
Since marijuana is legal in the state of Colorado, guests may bring it sealed into the home legally. Therefore, we will not grant refunds for new guests if there is a smell of marijuana in the home. We will do our best to air out the home if someone previously brought marijuana on to the premises, but we will not allow you to cancel your reservation because of this.

This is not a party spot! Please treat our home as if it were your own. Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the house. For your convenience, there are ashtrays located in the backyard and on the front porch. Smoking inside of the property will result in deposit forfeiture.
No pets and no parties. Please be courteous to our neighbors and respect quiet hours after 10pm. $1000 FINE FOR VIOLATIONS!
• Shoes: Please remove shoes inside of the house. There is a shoe rack located at the front entry for your convenience.
• Outdoor Grill: Please clean grill after each use with the brush hanging from the grill.
• Extra Guests: Visitors and guests are allowed on the property, but a maximum of 8 people may stay the night. All guests staying the night in the home must be accounted for in the rental agreement. Please ask guests to leave by 9pm.
• Lock Box: Although we change the lockbox combination after every stay, please do not change the lockbox combination. Changing the combination will result in deposit forfeiture.
• Alarm: Although we change the alarm combination after every stay, please do not change the alarm code. Changing the code will result in deposit forfeiture.
• Upon checkout, please turn off the A/C in the summer and leave the thermostat at 65 degrees in the winter. Please turn off all lights, lock all doors, and arm the alarm upon your departure. Any keys should be left in the lockbox.
