Our flat is close to Pioneer Stadium (with heated pool and gym), public transport, AMI Stadium, Addington Raceway, and Horncastle Arena. It is a 5-min walk to Barrington Mall. You’ll love The flat because of friendly and welcoming hosts who will help make sure your stay is comfortable. The flat is at the back of the house and therefore private - you can consider it a home away from home. The flat is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families. Sky TV with sport.
There is a separate lounge from the bedroom. We have 2 spare comfortable foam mattresses so that 2 extra people can stay (although they'll need to sleep in the lounge). I can provide a port-a-cot if required.
Accès des voyageurs
The flat has its own entrance and is not accessible from the main house. When you arrive please walk down the driveway to the rear of the house and you'll see The Flat. There is a lock box with The Flat key in it which is to the left of the entrance attached to the wooden beam. Code given when booking is confirmed. On-road parking only sorry.
Please use the back garden seating as you wish.

I do work full time at the moment but when I'm home I'm very happy to answer questions and help with any travel plans or sightseeing tips that is required. If it works out, and by prior arrangement, I could be available to drop off and pick up to Addington Raceway/Horncastle Arena/AMI stadium.
When we have a very frosty morning be careful walking down the steps as they can get a bit slippery. Hold on to the railing.
Our cat, Sam, is very friendly and loves people. He may try and visit you but feel free to show him the door as I know not everyone loves cats.
If you are a smoker please go out to the street to smoke, and please don't smoke around the house.
À partir du 1 septembre 2017 - 30 avril 2018, la durée minimum de séjour est de 2 nuits.
I'm married with two children aged 18 and 20. I spent my childhood living in Papua New Guinea with my family. I also spent 2 years on a missionary ship in the early 1990's. More recently we lived in India for 7 years working in an International boarding school. I'm a volunteer ambulance officer with St John and continuing my training in that. I also do relief teaching as I'm a trained Early Childhood teacher. We often have international students living with us which we enjoy very much. I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and through AirBnB I will do what I can to make your stay comfortable and memorable. And I will help in any way I can.
