This cozy one-bedroom one-bath second-floor apartment is located in a charming older two-story condominium building which houses only 8 units in total, so the building has character that is more residential than busy resort complex. The inside of the apartment features beautiful flooring throughout plus solid wood cabinetry and granite countertops. The space is set up ideally for a maximum of two persons, as there is one King-size bed in the bedroom. The enclosed private lanai faces West for excellent views of sunset skies toward the ocean which is just across the street. The East-West direction of the apartment means cross breezes gently waft through the apartment and from the windows on the side when trade winds are flowing.
WHAT'S INCLUDED INSIDE
A set of bed linens and pillows and a comforter are provided in addition to a full set of bath towels and beach towels. A starter set of liquid soaps, shampoo and conditioner and lotion, coffees, paper towels, toilet paper, etc are also provided. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator with an ice maker, electric range with stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, plus small appliances including a coffee maker, toaster, and blender in addition to an array of kitchen utensils, silverware, glasses and mugs, plates and bowls, pots and pans, etc. There is also a hair dryer and an iron. Two Tommy Bahama beach chairs and a small cooler are provided as well.
While the interiors of the apartments in the building are updated and renovated in a new style, keep in mind the apartment building is an older building and so the exterior of the building is not quite updated yet and will eventually be re-painted and re-landscaped so it will have a fresher newer look. So, I hope my guests are on board that this apartment building is not so much about the exterior having super curb appeal, but rather it is all about being comfortable inside the apartments and most importantly being only steps away to the gorgeous beaches along this short residential street!
PARKING FREE ON STREET
Parking on the residential street directly in front of the apartment building is free, as the parking spots in the garage in rear of the building are reserved for other purposes.

Both check-in and check-out are easy breezy for this apartment.
The front door to this apartment is located at the top of the stairwell in the rear of the building. The door has a keypad door lock, and in advance of each stay guests are provided with a code code for entry. Guests are invited to let themselves in after check-in time on their check-in day, which is usually 4pm or later.
Check-out is equally effortless: guests are free to simply depart at any time prior to check-out time on their final day, which is usually 11am or earlier. Departing guests are requested to notify the host that they have checked out and departed the apartment, so the host knows when it is okay the enter the apartment to prepare for future guests.
As a recap, check-in time is normally after 4pm unless an earlier time is possible and has been arranged in advance. Check-out time is before 11am unless a later check-out time is possible and has been arranged in advance.

Your experienced AirBnB Super Host ensures that everything is set up in the apartment prior to the check-in time, so normally there is no need for the host to interact with guests in person. There is a free Wi-Fi internet connection for this apartment, (subject to rare but possible outages, like any other internet services that can go down...) The name of the wireless network and password are provided inside the apartment. In the living room there is a flat screen TV with basic cable television channels, plus a DVD player.
The interiors of the apartments are updated and modern, however the affordable nightly rates reflect the fact that the property is basically a no-frills building with no pool or jacuzzi, with the landscaping and exterior paint being a work in progress.
Do keep in mind the excellent rates for this apartment building reflects that it is an older building with character whose exterior is in the process of being updated. There is a laundry room onsite which has coin-operated washing machines and clothes dryers, $1 per wash and $1 per dry. The laundry room definitely has that old-school utility room look to it and we'll be sprucing that up too. The grounds and the building may be subject to occasional maintenance and renovation projects such as exterior painting, aimed at upgrading and improving the overall appearance of the property. In an effort to "go green" using renewable energy sources, an array of photovoltaic electric panels has been installed on the roof, but it is still important to conserve electricity usage.
1) Please conserve electric whenever possible, and please do not leave air conditioners or fans or lights running when not occupying the apartment.
2) Please, there is no smoking inside the apartment, on the lanai, or elsewhere on the property.
3) There is a dumpster located in the back of the property, and the trash pickup is scheduled one day per week, very early on Friday mornings. Please take food garbage out to the dumpster frequently to avoid attracting pests such as ants and waterbugs.
4) This apartment is located in a small quiet 8-unit apartment building, and so we request to please respect the quiet hours of 9pm-9am so that everyone can also peacefully enjoy this excellent location!
5) Please wash sand off shoes and feet and beach gear outside of the apartment using the showers and hoses provided, in order to avoid getting sand in the shower drains, which can clog the drains over time.
6) Each apartment is individually furnished with items that belong to each particular apartment, so please ensure all amenities provided with the apartment remain inside the apartment upon check-out.
