This cozy second-floor condominium apartment located on Iliili Road in Kihei is located just half a block away from two scenic beaches: Charley Young Beach & Cove Beach. Also a half-block is Cove Park, Kihei's best surfing and stand-up paddling spot. This apartment is 500 square feet and has a balcony lanai. Includes full kitchen, one bedroom with King size bed, private bathroom, and free wi-fi. For your comfort, there are air conditioners both in the living room and in the bedroom.

THE INTERIOR
This cozy one-bedroom one-bath second-floor apartment is located in a charming older two-story condominium building which houses only 8 units in total, so the building has character that is more residential than busy resort complex. The inside of the apartment features beautiful flooring throughout plus solid wood cabinetry and granite countertops. The space is set up ideally for a maximum of two persons, as there is one King-size bed in the bedroom. The enclosed private lanai faces West for excellent views of sunset skies toward the ocean which is just across the street. The East-West direction of the apartment means cross breezes gently waft through the apartment and from the windows on the side when trade winds are flowing.

WHAT'S INCLUDED INSIDE
A set of bed linens and pillows and a comforter are provided in addition to a full set of bath towels and beach towels. A starter set of liquid soaps, shampoo and conditioner and lotion, coffees, paper towels, toilet paper, etc are also provided. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator with an ice maker, electric range with stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, plus small appliances including a coffee maker, toaster, and blender in addition to an array of kitchen utensils, silverware, glasses and mugs, plates and bowls, pots and pans, etc. There is also a hair dryer and an iron. Two Tommy Bahama beach chairs and a small cooler are provided as well.

Location, location, location is the secret to real estate, right? If that's the case, there are few places out there that can top Thomas's 1 bedroom apartment in Maui. Located just steps from Charley Young beach (the northern end of Kamaole Beach 1) - and when I say steps I literally mean 20 steps - this apartment gives incredible access to one of the best beaches in all of Maui. On top off that the unit is comfortable, well-furnished, in good condition, and with fans and air-conditioning in both the living space and bedroom. Beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels for guests to use. Oh yeah - very reasonably priced too. Thomas is very easy to communicate with and goes out off his way to be accommodating. He clearly takes pride in having guests enjoy their stay, and we really appreciated his hospitality. This was one of the best AirBnB experiences that my wife and I have had, and we've stayed in 40-50 places around the world. Highly, highly recommended.

Beautiful location and so close to the multiple Beach's (perfect for early morning surf and watching every sunset). Very spacious with two air condition units. The kitchen is fully stocked. There was bug spray and sunscreen and an emergency kit. We were very pleased with the whole process. Actually never saw the host once but check in and out was seamless

What a cute little apartment! We love how central Kihei is to getting around the island, and we were delighted to be smack dab in the center of Kihei--between two stellar beaches, no less. This place was convenient in every sense of the word, and a perfect home base. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking vacation meals, including a rice cooker which we wanted to use but never ended up having the time to. There's a modern and spacious shower, comfortable king sized bed, and a nice big closet with a luggage rack, which came in handy when we were too lazy to unpack properly. Also, the A/C does NOT mess around, and we ended up turning it down from what we thought we were going to need it set at. All in all, a super comfortable and enjoyable experience. Thomas was responsive and helpful, and we will definitely be recommending this spot to friends.

It was great staying here. Location is GREAT! Lots of restaurants and beaches nearby. Rooms are clean, and amenities were great too. I would recommend this place.
