This is a very charming home on a quiet street yet it has a walk score of 100 (within 3 blocks is a park, great grocery store, ice cream, restaurants and major bus lines). Our home is only available between 7/8 - 7/24, 2017. We will rent to only one user during that time, 7 night minimum stay. 10% discount for each full week booked.
To be clear, this listing is only for the following dates:
The night of Friday, July 8th 2017 (earliest possible check-in is the afternoon of the 7th) thru the night of Monday, July 24th (latest possible check-out being the morning of July 25th, 2017). 7 night minimum stay during that 18 night window.
Upstairs: The master bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom. A second bedroom has a queen and a third bedroom has a bunk bed for children - these two bedrooms share a 2nd full bathroom.
The main floor has a 1/2 bath.
The basement has the 4th bedroom with another full bath.
The kitchen is open and modern with a gas range in the island. Lots of natural south-facing light - very bright and airy.
The "walk-score" is a 100! It has a big park one block south and 45th Street is just one block to the north with a 24 hour grocery store (QFC), a couple great ice cream shops (Molly Moons & Fainting goat), of course several coffee shops (Fuel is our fav) and a good smattering of restaurants including sushi, mexican, american/comfort (Julia's, one block away, is famous for weekend brunch), Indian, Greek, Thai, Afghani and more.
Good bus lines too. The 62 picks up just two blocks away and is a quick shot downtown (about 15 min). The 44 goes to Ballard or the U.
