About the imperfect cleaning we are surprised: While this has never been an issue before (4.5 stars out of 5 stars for cleanliness) we will investigate further. However, we wish you had told us immediately upon arrival as we could have straightened that one out almost immediately if true. Similarly, if you had an issue with the neighbor being noisy this should have been signaled either to us or directly to the author to make it stop.
Finally, you were expecting toiletries, napkins and similar articles that one finds in hotels. We are not a hotel, we do not advertise this and hence do not provide these items allowing for low prices all year round.
On our side, we regret that you left us waiting for over an hour on arrival day without giving notice which we would have expected from our guests. We also wished that you would have given us credit for allowing your last minute booking, definitely a challenge!
