From airport to Pine Cone Hospitality:
The cheapest way by taking bus to KL Sentral.
•From KLIA you can take bus to KL Sentral at bus station located at ground floor. To go to bus station you must go to 2nd floor first and then use escalator down. The airport coach fare is RM 10. (The journey may take approximately 45 minutes).
•Or, From KLIA2 you can take bus to KL Sentral at bus station located ground floor. The fare to KL Sentral is RM9. (The journey may take about 55 minutes).
•From KL Sentral, take KL Monorail Line to Bukit Nanas Station or take LRT to Dang Wangi Station. It will take you about 3-5 mins walk from the station to Platinum Suites.
The fastest way by taking KLIA Express train at KLIA or KLIA2 at ground floor. The fare is RM 35 direct to KL Sentral in about 33 minutes. From KL Sentral, take KL Monorail Line to Bukit Nanas Station or take LRT to Dang Wangi Station. It will take you about 3-5 mins walk from the station to Platinum Suites.
The other way is taking taxi from the airport (about 50 mins transfer time required). At arrival level, do find airport limo counter on your way out after baggage collection. Request taxi and make payment at the counter. The fare between RM 90 to RM 150 (exclude night charge). The taxi will directly take you directly to Platinum Suites.
***Parking had been subjected to an extra charge. The charges were stated as below:

We do provide Premium Airport Transfer Service at affordable price as below option & subject to luggage limitation (depends on type of vehicle):

***The cleaning fee charged is for the cleaning of the apartment and replenishment of the bedding & necessities upon check out. We do not provide daily housekeeping services.

Dear Guests, Pine Cone Hospitality is a company which provides privately owned apartments as holiday homes/homestay. As much as we would like to provide hotel quality services to you, there’s still some limitation on our services provided. We hope that you can understand shall there be any expectation differences between a well-organized hotel and our operation. We will try our very best to provide quality services to you. Your patience and kindness is greatly appreciated.
Here are our House Rules and Term & Condition for your reference and compliance:
1)Please note that no smoking is allowed inside the house/apartment. Smoking is allowed only in the balcony, shall there be one in the apartment.
2)The property shall be left rubbish free with all dishes cleaned and put away. Dirty towels and wet cloths are to be thrown in the laundry bags provided, please do not leave them on the floor as it may stain the tiles and flooring.
3)The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number agreed to in the booking details, unless agreed to by us. In the event that any additional persons found staying at the property, an additional fee of RM100 per night per person will be charged. Shall the total number of guests exceed the maximum permissible, we reserve the right to terminate the booking without refund. Please be notified that visitor staying overnight is not allowed.
4)Please note that no outdoor footwear, i.e. shoes/ slippers are allowed in the house/apartment.
5)Durians, strong smelling food and heavy cooking are not allowed in the house/apartment. Failure to adhere could result in additional cleaning charges.
6)Our house/apartment can only be used for temporary stay and tourist household needs. It is furthermore not allowed to sublet the house, or parts of it, to third parties.
7)For the next guest convenience, please don't throw any unrelated material into the toilet bowl.
8)As this is a private condominium and have strict management policy , we appreciate our guest will behave themselves sensibly and observe the house rules to avoid complaint from neighbourhood and the management , also to make the place a better stay for you and other guest as well. Noise levels must be inaudible from neighbouring properties between 10pm-8am 7 days a week. Parties &/or functions are not permitted. An additional charges of RM300 will be charged and we reserve the right to terminate the booking without refund.
9)Guests are not allowed to engage in any illegal activity at the property.
10)Please kindly switch off the air conditioners and lights whenever you are out. Air conditioners running 24hrs are prone to damages and will cause inconvenience to yourself or the next guests.
11)Facilities are to be used with care and keep the area clean , wearing proper attire when using the facility is a must for example wearing proper swimming attire while enter the pool.
12)Loss of Room Key is subject to a penalty of RM 100. Loss of access card is subject to a penalty of RM200.
CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT
13)Check-in is @ 3pm onwards and Check-Out is @ 11am. Whilst we are more happy to provide early Check-in and late where possible but this will be subjected to our booking availability and at least 3 days’ notice. Failure to adhere to this could result in hourly additional charges.
BREAKAGES & LOSS
14)Cleaning services on your departure are included in your rates. Guests are expected to leave the properties in a neat and tidy state without the need for extensive, excessive cleaning. You are responsible for all cleaning charges in the event that the property is left in a state that requires more than reasonable cleaning.
15)We are not liable for loss to you of any personal belongings while you are in the property.
16)You are responsible for leaving the property in the state in which you found it on arrival. All breakages or losses must be reported immediately yo us. Whilst we will not pursue reimbursement for minor accidental damage or normal wear and tear, the total cost of making good on any other damage or loss to the property, necessities provided or other contents in the property will be charged accordingly.
17)Your occupation of the property may be terminated by us without notice in the event that you breach any House Ruls and Term & Conditions or in the event that any amount due is not paid.
18)The property and services are provided in good faith to a high standard, but we welcome feedback at any time.
19)We are not held responsible for failure or interruption to power or other services to the property for reasons beyond our control. We will try our very best to get these back in place at soonest possible.
20)We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential damage or loss of profits which result from use of the property and services provided to you.
21) We are not liable for any loss or damage caused to a guest's vehicle.
22)We do not accept liability for any accident, injury or misadventure. Guests are responsible for making their own insurance arrangements in respect of any injuries suffered by them, or caused by them to any third party.
