One minute from the beach with a sea view from the living room window and a beautiful shared garden in the square just outside. The flat is spacious and bright with wooden floors throughout, high ceilings and massive Georgian windows. A short sea-front walk from Brighton Pier and the Lanes, there are masses of lovely pubs, restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. If you'd rather take the bus, there are busses all across town and out into the beautiful Sussex countryside.
You will enjoy the spacious sun-filled living room with massive bay window, sea view, comfy sofa, dining table and chairs. There is also a lovely antique piano which you're welcome to use.
Just off the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen with gas hobs, an oven and a washing machine.
The double bedroom is spacious and quiet with a super comfortable new mattress, clothes rail and antique chest of drawers.
The bathroom has both a bath and a shower, and there is also a cute hallway with space to leave your outdoor things.

You will have exclusive use of the whole flat during your stay, including the living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. You will access it through a common hallway and staircase, and will have use of the lovely garden in the square outside if you wish.

Either myself or my brilliant co-host Gary will be available to offer help throughout your stay, from resolving any practical issues to advising you on things to do/places to eat in Brighton.
The flat is on second floor without a lift so you need to be OK getting up and down stairs.
Please remove shoes as you come into the flat to keep it clean and protect the wooden floors, and make sure to use the bath matt as there are wooden floors in the bathroom too ;0)
Kitchen cupboards for guest use are labelled with yellow squares for ease of use.
Recycling and rubbish disposal are in the square outside (seafront side).
I'm sociable and creative, I like meeting people and love travelling. I lived in Italy for eight years and now settling back down in the UK. I recently moved to Brighton and love it here. I still love learning languages and am now attempting to 'convert' my Italian into Spanish ;0)
I've been an Airbnb guest a few times. As a host I can be hands on e.g. give you lots of advice on where to eat/what to do, OR just leave you to do your own thing, it's totally up to you. I hope you enjoy Brighton as much as I do!
