Close to Santa Ana Airport, Fashion Island Shopping, and South Coast Plaza. Near Long Beach & Los Angeles Airports. You’ll love my place because of the beach views and access, the fun location, the friendly people, and the miles of sandy beach. My place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers, business travelers, big groups, & pets.

Remodeled upper unit with granite countertops, custom oak cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, custom closet built ins. In addition to the ocean breeze and usual temperate weather, each bedroom and the dining room has a 3 speed ceiling fan/light to keep the space cool and bright.

L'entrée dans les lieux se fait entre 15:00 et 21:00

Please remove all sand while on the sidewalk and feel free to use the hose so we keep the patio and home clean (sand is bad for the carpet and plumbing). Any plumbing issues over $100 will be guest's responsibility. Please be kind enough to remove shoes/flip flops while in the house. For the techies, use the cord labeled "game" to connect devices to the television, toggle the TV input to "game", and leave all other plugs in place. Please bag all trash before putting into waste bins on side of house under the stairwell (loose trash attracts flies and animals). There is a 10pm to 7am local noise ordinance limiting noise to "ambient levels". Please comply with that rule. Thank you!

The location is flat out perfect and only a few feet from the beach. Great restaurants and shopping within two minutes. The house is very nicely updated and super clean. Nader was always available to answer all our questions and super friendly. A 10 in my book!

Nader was a great host! Very reaponsive, and the communication was great. The house was very clean and the location was perfect. Along the beach, quiet and convenient to anything you need. Grocery store restaurants liquor stores coffee shops donuts etc. All walking distance. We didn't have to get in our car once the whole trip which is how a vacation should be . Nader provide us with plenty towels, blankets, dishes and even a puzzle and cards! Make sure to park behind the yellow line completely and enjoy Nader's place!!

We frequent so cal on business and it is much better then staying in a hotel. I brought family and they all had a blast!! Very easy for grocery shopping and walking distance for everything!

As mentioned in all the other reviews, Nader is extremely responsive and on top of everything in regards to the homes he rents. Whenever I had a question, he replied to me within the hour and was very flexible with multiple requests. This house is a few steps to the beach and a few blocks from the bars/restaurants making it perfect for any type of getaway. Being located on 33rd street is ideal because you are directly next to grocery stores and restaurants and also a 8-10 minute walk on the beach to the pier and bars. I look forward to contacting Nader in the future for events in the Newport Beach area and would recommend this apartment to anybody visiting from around the world!
