Costa Hermosa is a small development of 32 condos distributed over 6 buildings located around a gorgeous oversized swimming pool. Small gym on the premises. 24/7 security.

The condo offers everything you can dream off. Open floor plan with large living room with 2 white sofas, Flat screen TV, dining room table seating 8, kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker and quality pots etc. Washer dryer in separate laundry area.

On the first level of the penthouse you will find 2 bedrooms with the master bedroom located on the second level of the penthouse.

First class bedding, all pillow top mattresses, a king size bed in the master bedroom with large en-suite bathroom with double sink, toilet and oversized shower. In addition you have two balconies and private Jacuzzi. In the 2nd bedroom there is a queen size bed an en-suite bathroom. In the 3rd bedroom there are two full size beds an en-suite bathroom.

All linens and beach towels are available Lounge chairs are available around the pool. Lots of closet space. Safety deposit box.

At a short walk, you will find the beautiful white sandy Bavaro beaches with its turquoise ocean and great restaurants and bars for a vacation that you will never forget!

Public transportation will take you to the Palma Real and San Juan Shopping centers.
Several small supermarkets are located at walking distance from the condo.

PAYMENT TERMS:

• 50% deposit required to confirm booking - - Air 100%
• 100% required 30 days prior to arrival.
• Payment with Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover - through our secure website.

TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM AIRPORT:

• If you need transportation to your rental property, we can send a trusted driver with a van to pick you up.

• The rate is US $35 one way for 4 passengers. There is room for up to 6 passengers with suitcases per taxi. US$5 extra per passenger.

• You pay the driver directly and keep his number for future transportation needs during your stay.

ELECTRICITY IS EXTRA AND BASED ON CONSUMPTION:

• The Dominican Republic is a developing country and it has it's challenges in regards to cost effective electricity distribution. Therefore, to encourage renters to conserve electricity during their stay, they will be responsible for electricity charges during their stay.

• We collect an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL. It is just a DEPOSIT, real consumption calculated at the end of your stay and deducted from the CASH DEPOSIT PAID UPON ARRIVAL. See deposit requirements below.

• Normal consumption is $5-10 per day for a one/two bedroom, $10-$15 per day for a three/four bedroom and $25-$30 for Villas in Cocotal Golf.

RENTALS LESS THAN 30 DAYS: We require an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT (CASH ONLY-UPON ARRIVAL) of US$20 PER NIGHT for One and Two BDR CONDOS, US$30 PER NIGHT for Three and Four BDR CONDOS and US$50 PER NIGHT for VILLAS in COCOTAL GOLF.

The electricity meter will be read at check-in and check out. The meter can be self monitored daily.

Although the place was very nice, I had a few issues with my stay. My family and I came for a 3 night stay and it was not a very good experience. First of, the cable and wifi did not work properly, service kept going in and out, there was no hot water in the master suit, the all the water throughout the apartment was salty. The ac's also didn't work very well. Also, I was charge a $90 deposit for electricity, which I was aware of, but at the end my 3 night stay I had to pay an additional $60 which I think is absurd, due to "usage". For $200 a night you are better off staying at a resort. The place was nice but I would not stay here again.

It is a shame a disgruntled renter can post a negative review that has such exaggerated complaints. Is being upset over $150 electricity charge reason to post negative review? This is a 3 BDR 2 level penthouse with 2,800 SF. If you run the A/C 24 hours, expect high electricity charges. The Dominican Republic is a developing country and in Punta Cana electricity is provided by private company, guaranteed 24 hours, hence the high price. We have had hundreds of guests stay with us over the years. We do take care of repairs and address any and all issues quickly. Guests never informed us of having any issues during the stay. At check out only electricity charges were brought up by the guests which was some what of an issue for them. All we ask for is to let us know of any issues arise during the stay and we will do our best to solve the situation. We have a full time maintenance staff with very quick response times. Our condo has new as well as returning guests that rent every year. We have never had a negative review before. It is unfortunate that we were unable to please this guest. Please feel free to discuss any concerns you may have with us before you rent. We feel sure you will enjoy your stay at our condo.

El apartamento es excelente y esta bien ubicado, todo luce como nuevo. Lo unico a mejorar es que en la habitacion principal, el aire acondicionado con climatiza como debe, deben poner una puerta que la separe del baño. Ademas, el piso del baño principal es muy resbaloso, y eso es peligroso, puede provocar caidas. Deben poner unas huellas para mejorar la seguridad. Por lo demas el complejo habitacional es de primera, bien limpio y seguro.
