This delightful a-frame cabin is one of the accommodations on our 30 hectare horse farm. It is set above the communal kitchen and bathrooms, so is quite private, with long views over the Alentejo hills. We are close to Santa Clara lake, and have our own small lake for swimming. If you enjoy peace and quiet, living close to nature, long walks, animals, you will love it here. 4Oak cabin can be arranged with 1 double bed or 2 singles.
- Our camp is comfortable but rustic, with steep paths and big, bouncy dogs. You need to love animals, be fairly fit and able to walk on uneven ground in order to be safe and comfortable on your visit here.
-We are solar powered, no hair dryers or similar to be used
- Kitchen use limited to snacks and drinks. You are welcome to eat meals with us for a small charge (delicious vegetarian food).
- Our place exists for the horses, their well-being is our priority, you must respect their space and Nayana's directions about interacting with them.
We ask that you arrive here before sunset, because the drive in is more difficult at night (1km dirt road) and we like to show you around camp before dark.

3 things I love: horses, aromatic medicine (essential oils) and the inner search. We live in this fabulous place because we wanted a home where we could live with our horses roaming freely around us. We live in caravans and simple wooden cabins and delight in being part of the changing seasons and feeling all the breezes that blow. I love it when people can share in the magic of our place, soaking up the special ambience that a herd of horses creates. Or enjoying one of our workshops. Because another thing I love (yes, I'm a very loving person;)) is to share with others all we have learned about natural animal care, and how horses can help us know ourselves more deeply. I have an online school teaching people how to use essential oils for animals, and keep their animals healthy and stress free. I also run workshops here at the farm.
Our hosting style is, "make yourself at home".
