À propos de ce logement
The Perfect Spot-- Quiet dead end street, in-town location. Walk to UMASS/Amherst College/downtown. The recently renovated 1840s farmhouse is loaded with natural light, gourmet kitchen, solar panels, wifi, porch and garden and quiet spaces.
The renovated farm house is light and airy. The large room is on the second floor, in the front of the house, with a double bed, drawers, closet and next to a shared bath with a claw foot tub and hand held spray nozzle. There is a lovely shower in the downstairs shared bath and in the summer, an outdoor shower, as well. So if you don't like a claw foot tub, there are other options. Washer and dryer on second floor. Heating and cooling is available in the room. If you have a pet, please let's discuss and make sure it sounds like a good match. The room does not have shades, but has sheer curtains. If light is a problem, please bring a sleep mask/eye cover.
This is an old home. And while it is fully renovated, it is dusty. I also have three cats and a toy poodle so if you are allergic to cats or older homes, this is not the place for you. This house will never be as clean as a newer house. It has finished and painted wood floors.

I work full-time, in my home. I am on my computer and on the phone on the first floor. i am a reiki practitioner and provide services on-site for a small additional fee. My goal is for you to have a comfortable stay but since I work full-time, interaction is minimal.
I live on the best street in Amherst. In-town, dead-end - country, in town. Walk to town, restaurants, coffee, independent movie theater and i have lovely neighbors.
Walk to town, cars can park on street. Great biking and a wonderful bike trail. You can use my bikes upon request!
I am a quiet early to bed, early to rise person. If you are allergic to cats or older homes, this is not the place for you.
This home is best suited for quiet individuals who are self-sufficient and not looking for a lot of interaction with the host. Please clean up after yourself, be respectful of the neighbors and me, don't flood the bathroom and we'll be good to go! Please let me know what your needs are and i'll do my best! You will see from reviews that this has worked well!

Professional woman, three cats and a toy poodle live in this beautiful, country/in-town home. The dead end street with an in-town location makes for easy walking but quiet serenity - it is truly the perfect location. I work at home but travel for work, i'm a reiki practitioner, hospice volunteer and love puttering in my garden, biking and adventures.
