Hi! This listing is for the open living area in my one-bedroom apartment, ideal if you're simply looking for a place to sleep. It's a sparse, decent amount of space with adjacent access to the kitchen and balcony.
Walk Score: 95
The apartment is recently renovated (May 2016) with new carpet, paint, ceiling fans, and lighting. If you're looking for a cozy and decorated space, this place is not it. Given my own experiences with travel, I would say it's good for a frugal traveler who's looking for more than a hostel. The location is awesome- in close proximity to lots of activity, yet it's just far enough from the activity to stop between places or to relax for a bit.
Accès des voyageurs
Check in and check out times are flexible, as long as we decide through Airbnb before arrival. I'm reasonable and accommodating if something were to arise. I will meet you at the beginning and end of your stay, and we can coordinate to make specific arrangements.
Your bed, the futon, is in the open living area, which is all yours during your stay. The futon is a bit on the firmer and shorter (5 ft. 9 in., 1.75 meters) side. Besides the actual bedroom where I sleep, access to the rest of the apartment is open. Feel free to use the kitchenware, oil, salt, and sugar. And, of course, the bathroom.
Échanges avec les voyageurs

I'm pretty easy-going. If I'm around, I'm happy to lay low if you're looking for some quiet and time to relax. I'm also happy to chat a bit and carry on with good conversation.
There's some construction across the street. Along with dumpster pickup, the noise may interrupt morning sleep a bit.

- Returning late night is totally fine. Note: 10p-6a building quiet hours

I'm fairly new to Seattle after I decided that I wanted to move here. I've lived in various cities across the U.S., and I enjoy getting to know and being a part of different communities.
There's lots to explore in this fast-growing city, and I'm happy to have people over to enjoy all that it has to offer.
