This extremely charming and appealing property features a pristine natural cedar Swedish sauna, central air conditioning, flat screen TV and high speed wireless internet access and is ideally located near the end of a quiet cul de sac in the beautiful village of East Hampton. The setting offers a combination of privacy and proximity to the boutiques, outdoor cafes, art galleries, tennis courts, etc. in the village and is just minutes to five outstanding ocean beaches. One can stroll to all the attractions in the village or bicycle to one of its gorgeous, world-renowned beaches within minutes. Quite simply "The Vacationer" lives up to its name.

Having managed Hamptons Vacations since 1984 and the well-known East Hampton Village Bed & Breakfast since 1986, we have had considerable experience in the hospitality field. Each season a wonderful, returning clientele of satisfied guests from the United States, Europe, and other regions of the world is the most flattering contribution to our excellent reputation for providing superb accommodations in East Hampton. We visit each property between rentals to ensure that it is immaculate, fresh and ready for the next vacationing family.
We use organic landscaping supplies that are safer for children and pets as well as the surrounding aquifer. Wherever possible, we are now using “green” cleaning products that are healthier for our vacationing families. We have transitioned to recycled paper products at all of our Hamptons vacation home rentals. As we replace kitchen and laundry room appliances, we are upgrading to Energy Star certified products for their efficiency. Lastly, we have chosen a sanitation company (Winters Brothers) which separates and recycles garbage at its own specialized sorting facility while saving you precious vacation time.

This property is located within walking distance of the Hampton Jitney, Long Island Railroad, and free shuttle service to Main Beach.
The rental rate is inclusive of all utilities and all other costs with the exception of pool heating (optional) and 3% county sales tax. A separate credit card authorization will be required upon arrival for these charges.
As per East Hampton regulations, no more than four unrelated guests may occupy this vacation home. Only the guests listed on the original reservation are permitted to enter the property at any time. This vacation home is ideal for relaxing vacations, however large gatherings, parties, and other events are prohibited. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
