This small, rustic cabin is about 10' x 15' and was perfect. I had everything I needed. The wood stove is a little too effective at heating that small of a space; I had to open a window to cool the place down, even with outside temps dipping into the 30s. The property and setting are serene and quiet, and the whole place just smells good. Even the outhouse. Seriously. Julie was quite gracious, and the hearty whole grain bread, nut butter, fruit and hot beverage breakfast was the perfect start to my day. The only thing lacking is a fire extinguisher, in case of accident. I feel that fire extinguishers should accompany every structure that is heated by wood stove. I'd definitely stay again!

Came in late, didn't meet the host, but Hunter provided directions. It was a bit difficult to locate in the darkness, but wasn't too bad. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was awesome with fresh baked bread, homemade peanut butter, fruits. The trail mix was a wonderful surprise.

Cabin was exactly as described. Very simple, just a bed, a few chairs, and a woodstove. The stars were gorgeous at night.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience passing through Montana. Super easy to find, breezy check in, comfortable bed & great breakfast. This beautifully imagined little homestead in the pines is a must stop! Thanks Hunter!

The tiny cabin was perfect for our stay. It was cozy and warm and the hosts left us drinking water and a snack.

The listing should not say 0.5 bathroom, which means a toilet and sink, NOT a communal pit toilet. Also, a futon is NOT a real bed.
