•Lights, ceiling fans and other electronics are turned off.
•No linens are lost or damaged.

NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate.

INTERNET ACCESS – Access is for tenants’ legal usage only. Using internet service to engage in any form of copyright infringement is prohibited. Tenants will accept full and sole responsibility of enforcing the legal internet activity for duration of the lease. There will be a $50 penalty charge per violation if such violation is reported by service provider. By this provision, Landlord does not waive the right to seek additional damages in case of a law suit or any other financial penalty against the owner caused by these violations.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense is subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.

WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.

PARKING – Parking is limited to four (4) vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

GARBAGE REMOVAL - (For Long Term or one week renters), The Information Sheet for the Property contains instructions for garbage removal. Please remember to put the garbage cans at the end of the driveway on the day of removal (Thursday morning).

STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS – No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. We highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.

TRAVEL INSURANCE – We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance.

The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

NO CAR WASHING at our home. If you need to wash your car, please use your own towels or go to a car washing station. If we find you have washed your car and ruin our towels, we will charge you for new ones that will need to purchased to replace the ruined ones.

Everything about this home was perfect! We fit a group of 12 friends very comfortably. The check in could have not been easier, the home opens with a code and allowed our group of friends to come in and out without the stress of sharing keys. We had lots of space to cook meals, play charades in the living room and hangout in the back deck. The hot tub was such a perk, we each got to enjoy the tub throughout the trip (also life tip: sipping morning coffee in the hot tub is amazing! you must try it.) Overall, Joan's home was delightful to spend the weekend in and very affordable! Would be happy to visit again.

Joan was very helpful with getting us registered and her home is lovely. We had family from the East Coast, West Coast and Montana here to celebrate my nephew's wedding. The house is centrally located and the kitchen was really great. We ate in for almost every meal. Thank you Joan for all your help. Highly recommend staying here.

Joan's place was wonderful for my little sisters bachelorette weekend. The house was very clean and well appointed, and more than enough room for 9 ladies. The location is wonderful, so close to really wonderful hikes, the beach and downtown. We couldn't have selected a more perfect location.
