Our place is close to South Lake Tahoe and Heavenly Ski resort. Walk out the front door to the national forest hiking trail, and down the street from the lake, restaurants and Casinos. You’ll love our place because of the comfy beds, the gourmet kitchen, the coziness and how quiet the neighborhood is. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children).
We are a 5 minute drive to the Iconic Edgewood Golf Course.
We are unique because we are close to the ski resort (Heavenly), close to South Lake Tahoe, hiking and the casinos.

Also, for your info, there is no air conditioning in the house. It never gets above 87 degrees in Stateline, Nevada. Most homes do not have air conditioning, so I hope this will not be a problem for you. We have ceiling fans and the windows have screens on them so they can be left open to cool the home if needed.
There is a 14% El Dorado Occupancy tax is included in the nightly rates.
Please do not flush feminine products or other paper products, like baby wipes or paper towels because these items cause blockages or clogs in the sewage system.

-Driveway holds up to four cars. Parking is allowed on the street during the summer and no cars on the street in the winter.
PETS - No pets are allowed unless there is a need or you talk to us and make arrangements first. There will be a $100.00 non refundable deposit due for each dog that is allowed to stay. Absolutely no cats due to the owners allergy.
•No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
•No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
• The unit is left locked/ all doors and windows
•All the trash is placed in garbage cans in the garage.
•Dirty dishes are washed or loaded into dishwasher.
•Lights, ceiling fans and other electronics are turned off.
•No linens are lost or damaged.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate.
INTERNET ACCESS – Access is for tenants’ legal usage only. Using internet service to engage in any form of copyright infringement is prohibited. Tenants will accept full and sole responsibility of enforcing the legal internet activity for duration of the lease. There will be a $50 penalty charge per violation if such violation is reported by service provider. By this provision, Landlord does not waive the right to seek additional damages in case of a law suit or any other financial penalty against the owner caused by these violations.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense is subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
PARKING – Parking is limited to four (4) vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
GARBAGE REMOVAL - (For Long Term or one week renters), The Information Sheet for the Property contains instructions for garbage removal. Please remember to put the garbage cans at the end of the driveway on the day of removal (Thursday morning).
STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS – No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. We highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.
TRAVEL INSURANCE – We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance.
The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
NO CAR WASHING at our home. If you need to wash your car, please use your own towels or go to a car washing station. If we find you have washed your car and ruin our towels, we will charge you for new ones that will need to purchased to replace the ruined ones.
