My place is close to Sunset Strip with easy access to the surrounding major freeways. You’ll love my place because of the views, the hillside location, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).
Enjoy the magical tree framed city views in this sophisticated and private 1920's Spanish Hacienda style home nestled in the Hollywood Hills within walking distance to the wonderful shops and restaurants of the Sunset Strip. You will walk in on the main level & be greeted by awesome views of the great city of Los Angeles. The main level houses the spacious living room that opens onto an expansive view deck, the dining room, kitchen, main level master bedroom and another bedroom / powder room. The lower level houses the lower level master bedroom and another, equally spacious bedroom, each with its' own en-suite bathroom. Assuming two people will sleep in the king and queen size beds and one person each in the the two single beds there are sleeping accommodations for 8 people. In addition, the two down filled sofas in the living room will each sleep an additional person, so this house will comfortably sleep up to 10 people. Hardwood flooring throughout. Enchanting outdoor spaces include an expansive view deck set up for outdoor dining - perfect for those romantic twilight dinners. If you have a large travel party and you're looking for a well located, stylish and comfortable retreat to call home during your LA stay, then this is the perfect fit for you.

I like to meet my guests first hand when they check in. At that time I will give out the keys and do a walk-thru of the place, explaining, internet, cable, wifi, heating & cooling as well as answering any questions my guests may have. The normal check-in window is between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm on the day the guests reservation commences. If the house is not reserved by another guest leaving on the same day earlier check-ins before 3:00 pm are possible. If the guests are arriving at the house after 6:00 pm I will make arrangements to leave the keys along with more detailed check-in instructions at the house so the guest can check-in themselves. I will be available the following morning to meet the guests at the house and answer any questions they may have.
There is a single car garage attached to the house and a single car driveway in front of the garage. There is additional street parking in front of the house. No permits are required for street parking. A separate laundry room is located on the lower level. There is a tv in the living room that is hooked up with Time Warner Cable which has the basic service. It is set up so if you wanted to add additional service or watch pay-per-view channels, that option is available at an additional expense to the guest. Sheets & towels are provided. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots & pans, and most of the common utensils as well as a full set of tableware.
Above all else, I want everyone to enjoy their stay here. If any issues arise, please contact me asap - I have a staff of very qualified tradesman available to take care of anything needing repair. This house was recently renovated from top to bottom, so you should have a peaceful, relaxing stay here. The only things I ask of my guests, is please observe the No Smoking Inside policy and please leave the place in the same condition as when you arrived. Other than that, enjoy!
