The apartment is on level 5 of University Hall, a heritage building in inner city Glebe. It has lift access, and a lovely outlook to Victoria Park, Sydney University and the city. You are surrounded by restaurants, bars and cafes, and everything you need is in this block or the next block. It is a 10 minute walk to Central station. Buses to the city, the beaches and Newtown are at the front door.
This apartment has views to Victoria Park, the University of Sydney, and the new Central Park precinct.
The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, and there is also a day bed in the lounge room. Both bedrooms have double glazed windows.
The dining, living and kitchen is open plan with a small balcony. There is a TV and a small sound system which has an audio cable you can plug your device into.
The bathroom includes a bath. There is a second toilet in the laundry; and a washing machine and clothes dryer.
The kitchen includes a gas cook top, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, microwave and basic cooking utensils and some basic ingredients.

I will meet you when you check in which ideally would be between 12:00 and 4pm. I will try to accommodate if you need to check in at a different time. Please let me know what time you'll be arriving. I know Sydney very well, and I'm happy to help you plan your visit and recommend things you might like. During your stay you can text, email or phone me if you need some local advice.
Bohemian and funky by nature, Glebe’s rich architectural makeup is the backbone of this historic and leafy neighbourhood. Glebe is known for it's great coffee shops, wide variety of restaurants, the beautiful foreshore parks and and harbour side walks.
This apartment is in a very central location. You can walk to Central Railway station in 10 minutes. There are buses at the front door to the city, towards Circular Quay, to Newtown, and to Bronte and Coogee Beaches.
There is also secure underground parking with elevator access to level 5. Please let me know in advance if you plan to use the garage during your stay so I can provide a remote control for access.
If you are arriving from the airport, a cab fare is around $50.00, or take the train to Central and then take a cab which would cost around $10.00, or a bus. The 431 or 433 busses stop at the front door, most other busses stop just across the road.
If your group includes children, please note that there are no special facilities for children here. (No cots etc). PLEASE note too, that I have a one child only policy. This apartment could be ideal for a couple and one child but with more children it would be cramped.
