The Apartment are spacious and are 1377 sq. ft. in size to cater the need of the family guest. All the Apartments are having two bed rooms- one king-size bed and another twin bed, two bath room with hot and cold water, 4 balconies with fan, one hall with sofa set, one kitchen with all basic kitchen utensil. Both the bed room comes with premium bedding. Exquisite interiors and impeccable services combine to make this furnished accommodations one the most graceful. Every Apartments are equipped with an 3 satellite LCD TV which is a sure way to relax and unwind. The room also has a complete work area with high-speed wireless Internet access, self-controlled cooling. The washroom provides a cubicle shower area with the all toiletries and amenities like hair dryer, shaving mirror. Dudhsagar Falls - is amongst the top 100 highest waterfalls in the world.
Boat ride - you can see Dolphins and watch the sunset, it’s beautiful.
BOAT CRUISE on the Mondovi River start every evening from the Panjim Jetty, these usually last an hour or two with local entertainment.
Sangolda - Historical Portuguese houses which sell beautiful antique furniture.
Water sports including Water Scooter, Surfing and Para Sailing, are right there on Candolim Beach. Diving and Snorkeling can also be arranged.
For Art Lovers and collectors Goa has some excellent art galleries which display beautiful works of Local Goan & Indian artists. House Rules
1.Accidents: The management does not hold itself responsible for any accident suffered by a hotel resident, whether caused by use of electrical gadgets, mechanical appliances etc or by natural causes resulting in either loss or damage to themselves and/or to their property.
2.Bills: All hotels bills must be settled upon presentation.
3.Custody of residents’ belongings / valuables: Hotel residents may safe keep their valuables in the mini safes installed in their rooms. However the management does not take any responsibility for any loss of valuables from the rooms. Safe deposit lockers are also available with the front desk cashier.
4.Damage to hotel property: In the event of damage caused to any hotel property by the resident or his guest, the resident will be liable to compensate in full, all expenses incurred towards repairs & restoration.
5.Entertaining of guests: Residents are allowed to entertain their guests in the lounge area only. No guests are allowed on the guest floors and guest rooms at any time without permission.
6.Food policy: No outside food is allowed to be consumed on the hotel property. Residents doing so will not hold the management responsible for any illness loss or of life arising due to this action of theirs.
7.Servants & pet policy: The hotel does not allow any pets on the premises. Servants & personal aides are not allowed to wait upon the residents either in the rooms or any other area within the hotel until & unless prior permission is taken from the hotel management.
8.Right to refuse / vacate: The hotel management reserves the right to request any resident to vacate his room at any moment without prior notice and / or without assigning any reason for such a request.
9.Relation between the management & hotel resident: Nothing above or herein mentioned shall be deemed to constitute the relation of landlords and tenants, between the management & the residents, but the management shall always be deemed to be in possession and control of the whole of the hotel premises.
10.Tariff: The tariff is for the room only and is excusive of any Government taxes applicable at that time. Meals and other services are available at extra cost. To know your room tariff, please contact the Duty Manager. Guest registration cards must be signed on arrival.
11.Settlement of Bills: Bills must be settled on presentation. Personal cheques are not accepted.
12.Company’s Lien on Guest’s Luggage and Belongings: In the case of default in payment of dues by a guest, the management shall have the lien on their luggage and belongings and be entitled to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time without reference to the guest. The net sale proceeds will be appropriated towards the amount due by the guest without prejudice to the management’s rights to adopt such further recovery proceedings as may be required
13.Check in / Checkout time: Check in Check out time is 12 noon. Please inform the reception if you wish to retain is your room beyond this time. Extension will be given depending on the availability. If the room is available normal tariff will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry of period, the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the guest.
14. Luggage Storage: Subject to availability of storage space, the Guest can store luggage in the luggage room, at the Guest’s sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause. Luggage may not be stored for a period of over 30 days.
15.Guest Belongings: Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or retiring for the bed. For the convenience of the guest, electronic lockers are provided in the room to store any valuables. The management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss and /or damage to the guest’s belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or the locker, or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.
16.Hazardous Goods: Bringing goods and/or storing of raw or exposed cinema films or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or good of objectionable nature is prohibited. The guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, invitees, visitors, agents and servants for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests own negligence and non-observance of any/all instructions.
17.Damage to the property: The guest will be held responsible for nay loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible

18.Management Rights: It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premises. The management has the right to request any Guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel with or without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of default, the management has the right to remove the guest and the guest’s luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
19.Relation between management and guest: Nothing herein above shall constitute or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy, or any other right, or interest in the hotel premises or any part or portion thereof, in favor of any guest or resident or visitor, and the management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the whole of the hotel premises.
20.Government Rules and regulations and application of Laws: Guests are requested to observe, abide by, conform to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.

THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD TO, OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF ARE THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES WHICH ARE A PART AND AN ABSTRACT OF THE LODGING ACT.

Hi i am Sk. Mosior Ali, managing 6 Apartments at Golden Tulips from 2013. I love to travel. Prefer hill station. Bollywood comedy movies are most favorite for me but I am not denying other too. Songs!!! wow... Ya its always Kishore Kumar!
