This is an ocean front condominium in a converted 1950's era motel. Everything is compact but lovingly rehabilitated from its former life. Each year, we add touches. In 2016, we added new ceramic wood grain tile floor throughout, new ceiling fans, tile backsplash, television, Apple TV converter, and refinished cabinets. The bedroom has a brand new queen size mattress. The living room has a queen size pull out bed with a memory foam mattress. Some things may not be perfect (like quality of the cookware), but we improve a little more after every guest's feedback and add touches every year. Please bring your own linens!

If we have enough people come as guests, we will do more in 2017. Next year's plans include a new bathroom vanity and light fixture, and a new convection oven/microwave with the capacity to cook a turkey.

This is a QUIET 1950's era rehabilitated motel that is perfect for those looking for a seaside retreat. We welcome romantic young couples, older couples/empty nesters, and families with children. If you are coming to town to party and enjoy the nightclubs in Atlantic City, this building is definitely not for you because some of the other owners were last hip in the 1950's and are in need of rehabilitation.

Guests have full access as a friend of the owner. Coin laundry, beach shower, parking and pool.

I live one hour from the property. My fiancée and I will see you to deliver the keys and when you leave. We are always available by phone or video chat if you need anything. We also offer a referral bonus. One night free for you and your family for each booking you refer (average of $130 per night to qualify)

We love bike riding. There is a rental shop two blocks west. If you ride on the boardwalk, we recommend sunrise between 6-8. It's four miles one way to the north end of the Atlantic City boardwalk. A great and beautiful workout.

Six blocks north, at Jackson Avenue, you can catch the Atlantic City Jitney. The New Jersey transit 505 which covers the whole island, picks up two blocks west on Ventnor Avenue. Uber and taxis also serve the island.

Beach tags (4) are included and must be returned to the beach tag box at check out.

This is a 1950's era building. Accordingly, the walls are plaster and not perfectly straight lines. We worked very hard to update the place and keep it clean.

This unit just completed updating and rehabilitation and is welcoming our first friends in July, 2016.

The neighbors can be nosy. Some people mind and other people do not. If the chatty neighbor isn't for you, just tell them you are a friend of Brian's and would like to relax.

The condominium association only allows residential leases of 30 days or longer. Friends and family of the owner are exempt from this limitation and may book the property for a stay of a duration less than 30 days. By booking a stay less than 30 days, both parties to this agreement agree and affirm, under penalty of perjury, that they are friends with one another. The parties to this agreement further agree that any financial consideration paid by one friend to another for the use of this condominium unit is simply to offset the costs associated with maintaining the property and making one friend whole.
Guests who agree to the house rules, reserve a stay, accept keys, provide financial consideration for and/or use this property agree that they are engaging in home sharing. Guests further agree there is no residential lease agreement between the parties. Guests agree that they are not considered tenants or lessees of a residential property. Guests willingly waive and forever discharge any rights they may or may be construed to have under New Jersey and Ventnor City Landlord Tenant Laws. Guests further acknowledge they are only entitled to the usual rights afforded to them as if they were staying in a hotel property. Further, guest agrees to indemnify and forever hold harmless host for any costs charges or fines associated with violation of this agreement. Accepting these house rules and booking the unit for a stay is equivalent to a written signature that indicates your agreement to these house rules without exception.
Guests are required to have complied with all of the terms and conditions for guests specified by Airbnb. The guest profile must be fully completed and verified including full name, photograph clearly showing your face and verification of a government issued identification by Airbnb. Host reserves the right at his sole discretion to decline to book any guests who do not comply with identity verification or have a fully completed profile.
IF YOU BOOK THIS PROPERTY FOR A STAY LESS THAN 30 DAYS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE A FRIEND OF THE OWNER AND HAVE A FRIENDSHIP WITH THE OWNER THAT PREDATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THIS TRANSACTION.

Guests are responsible for any fees or fines assessed by the condominium board for breaking the rules listed in the rule book inside the unit. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold host harmless for any and all costs incurred in defending charges or violations. Guest agrees to an administrative fee of $1000 for any violation.
No guests other than those stated in the reservation are allowed. If guest invites additional overnight guests not on the reservation, there is an administrative fee of $1000 for not following the House Rules and your reservation is subject to immediate termination without refund.
No loud music can be played on any device and should be limited to 60 decibels, the level of normal human conversation. No stereos are allowed on the pool deck, headphones only. Headphone volume should be such that it is not heard by anyone other than the user. There are no parties allowed. Only registered guests whose name appears in the reservation are allowed.
Please wash and return all dishes and pots.
We do not provide sheets or linens.
Pets are not allowed by the condominium association. As dog owners, we don't agree with it, but we must comply and ask that you do the same. Violation of the no pet policy is subject to a $1000 administrative fee and indemnification for any and all costs levied by our condominium association.

The pool is not required to and does not have a lifeguard on duty. Guests assume all risks with use of the pool or pool area. Accepting the house rules indicates your willingness to accept all liability, indemnify, and forever hold harmless the host for any injuries associated with the pool use. By accepting these terms and completing payment for the booking, it is equivalent to a written signature.

Brian made it very easy for us to check into the apartment we enjoyed our stay immensely. The building was immaculate and the location is perfectly located on the beach with plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. There are great restaurants stores bike rental and many other conveniences less than two blocks away. I told Brian I was running a little late because my son wasn't feeling well and had a sore throat. Brian got him ice cream and left it for him. Wonderful stay really great

This was my first time using Airbnb and I was very happy with my experience. Brian is an excellent host, who made us feel comfortable from the start to finish! He has excellent communication skills and he provided us with a smooth arrival process and great suggestions for things to do in the area. This ocean front condominium is in a picture perfect location; only steps away from the beach; with a well-kept pool. Take a walk or bike ride on the boardwalk as you take in the beautiful ocean views! The condominium was clean comfortable, and very secure. I would recommend this rental to anyone!

This was my first Airbnb experience and it has really set the bar high. I booked incredibly last minute due to another booking falling through and was pleased with the experience from the minute I entered my request. Brian responded quickly letting me know he had accepted and would arrive in a few hours to hand off the keys. His arrival time estimate was accurate and from the moment we pulled in the parking spot I knew it was a great decision. The building has an awesome (clean) pool with plenty of lounge chairs/seating and is right on the beach which was a huge bonus. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities needed for an extended stay. The view from the living room was AMAZING at all times (faces the ocean), the bed was insanely comfy, and thankfully the air conditioners worked because it was about 90+ degrees every day. The neighbors were friendly and the building/apt felt very safe which I was happy about. Perfect location for going out to dinner in Margate or AC, only about $10 Uber each direction which surprised me. Overall it was a great stay and helped make the vacation great as well, I would recommend this rental to anyone.
