Four bedroom three bathroom two storey detached Provencal villa boasting a completely renovated interior finished to an extremely high contemporary standard. A covered ground floor south-facing terrace is perfect for eating and relaxing. The first floor terrace overlooking the valley and Gorges du Loup is accessed by three of the four bedrooms through sliding glass doors which disappear into the wall offering magnificent views and a lounging area to enjoy morning coffee or a sun downer cocktail. The main master suite offers a dressing room and luxurious spacious bathroom with freestanding bath looking down the valley, wet room shower and Italian stone sinks as well as access to the main terrace. Two further double bedrooms with built in wardrobes have access to the same first floor terrace and share a newly renovated wet room style family bathroom with double sink. The fourth bedroom is also a master suite, with its own dressing area and en suite shower room, making the property perfect for two families. It has a Juliet balcony and its own first floor access to a separate side terrace. The top floor boasts Italian travertine stone floors to help maintain an ambient temperature in the summer months. A modern open plan living and dining area on the ground floor has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which disappear into the wall when opened, leading onto a further side terrace boasting a pizza oven and a large comfortable rattan sofa. There is also an open fire and log store, laundry room with wine fridge, fully equipped modern kitchen, with an American fridge freezer with ice maker and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a WC downstairs and an open plan stone staircase leading to the first floor bedrooms and bathrooms. There is also a music room with piano and a spacious office with desk and full internet facilities should you need to keep in touch with work. The garden spans five terraces with phenomenal views of the valley, offering a Weber barbecue, contemporary south facing pool wrapped by a travertine sun terrace with loungers, a small olive grove and plum, orange, lemon and fig trees as well as a small raised herb garden. This stylish peaceful light filled villa occupies a secluded position which is not overlooked, yet is only a few minutes walk from the heart of the village.
The pool terrace was renovated in Spring 2012 to an extremely high standard, boasting an 80 metre wrap around Italian travertine terrace which enjoys sunshine from early morning until early evening. The perfect place for a sun downer or a chilled glass of rose, with amazing views of the valley and Gorges du Loup.

The property is 35 minutes from Nice airport and 30 minutes to the nearest beach. There is a local bus service five minutes walk from the property.
Just a few minutes walk to all the local restaurants.
If you are a walker there are many places to go, including the walk up to the amazing village of Gordon!
