You see that other listing on airbnb, the ones you are looking at and kinda thinking about staying there?? Forget it, I am easily the most knowledgeable and fun host on airbnb. Honestly, Everyone calls me The Accommodation King for a reason. That reason being that I am the king of accommodating guests in Dublin. If you don't stay with me while you are visiting Dublin your kids will stop loving you and you will die unhappy. Me and my wife will be available 24/7 to help you with anything and everything you might need. I fecking love getting phone calls at 4am of some very intelligent individuals who have managed to lock themselves out, or who need a midnight poo and realize halfway through the job that there is no toilet paper. No need to worry. The Accommodation King never sleeps, I simply wait around all night for things to go arse ways and than rush to the scene of the crime with my gang of crime solving super heroes.
Drumcondra is a fabulous part of the Dublin. It is a very busy part in the north inner city. Our home is walking distance from the spire (one of the main meeting points in the center of O'Connell street). The house is located a 2 minute walk from Fagans bar which is very busy on a Friday and Saturday night. It is also a short walking distance from Croke Park, which is the biggest stadium in Ireland, this is were the national sports of Ireland are played, such as GAA and hurling. There are many nice cafes and restaurants in the vicinity which I can recommend for you.
In my opinion, the best thing to do in Drumcondra is go and visit the National Botanic Gardens, they are epic. They have a few amazing greenhouses which host a wide range of rare and exotic plants.
There is excellent public transport from the airport to out apartment. You need to get the 41 or 16 bus heading toward the city center and get off at Fagans bar in Drumcondra. The house is very central and there is frequent buses every 5 minutes going to the city center and to the airport
