This newly renovated home is less than a block from a cute little pocket of shops & restaurants and walking distance to the MO Botanical Garden and Tower Grove Park. Short drive to Forest Park, Busch Stadium, IKEA, Cortex District and more. You’ll love the exposed brick, modern kitchen, 2-car off-street parking, back deck, gas grill and keyless entry with August Smart Lock. Great for couples, business travelers, and families. Children under 12 are not permitted.

Le logement

Newly renovated and fully furnished 3 bedrooms / 2.5 baths with all the amenities. Sleeps 8 with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, full-size bed in the second bedroom, queen-size bed in the third bedroom, and a large comfortable L-shaped sofa on the main level plus a twin-size rollaway bed.

The upstairs bathrooms feature both showers and bathtubs stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Plus there is a half bath on the main level.

The kitchen, dining and living room are part of an open floor plan that creates a spacious living area where you can relax and enjoy yourself. There are books, games, puzzles and an Apple TV in the living room. Yoga mats are also available. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove with range hood, fridge/freezer and large sink. It is fully stocked with everything you might need – cookware/bakeware, plates, glasses, utensils, wine glasses and bottle opener, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, fresh ground coffee and tea.

Brand new, high-efficiency front-loading washer and dryer are available on the second level in addition to detergent, iron and ironing board.

There is a private deck off the back of the house with table and chairs, gas grill, fenced-in yard with a cute little apple tree and a hammock for relaxing outdoors.

Beyond the backyard, there is a concrete parking pad with designated space for two vehicles plus plenty of free parking on the street in front.

Accès des voyageurs

You can self check-in anytime after 3pm using the keypad outside the backdoor. I will message you with a 5-digit code prior to your arrival.

There is also the option of locking/unlocking the door with an app on your smartphone. Upon booking, you will receive an auto-generated email from "August" with instructions on downloading and installing the app. Using the app is optional.

Prior to your arrival, I will also send a code for the house alarm. Please set the alarm anytime you are out.

Échanges avec les voyageurs

I’m always nearby to help in a pinch, but guests enjoy easy keypad access to my place for uninterrupted access at any hour, plus the convenience of checking in and out without having to make an appointment.

There are several restaurants within a block of the house, but the closest grocery store is about a 5-minute drive away.

Stephanie's home was spotlessly clean and looked just as advertised! In addition, there were many thoughtful details provided in the house such as coffee, board games, living room throws, etc. It truly felt like we were at home. We appreciated how quickly Stephanie responded whenever we had questions. We had a wonderful experience staying at Stephanie's house and highly recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in the St. Louis area.

Great place to land between family wedding plans. My sisters and nephews really liked the layout. Even though it was a "crazy" weekend in St. Louis, we were good.

Stephanie's place is just as advertised. We had a wonderful experience during our stay! The yard and patio were exceptional! (The awesome weather didn't hurt either!) The kitchen is well stocked with all dishes and cookware. A cozy living room, wonderfully comfortable beds and nice bathrooms! The location is perfect for all that St Louis has to offer. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment was immaculate and very well decorated. Location was convenient for us for the weekend activities. We truly enjoyed our stay. It is actually even better than advertised.

We stayed in Stephanie's place in May and as noted in that review, will stay in Stephanie's place if it's available whenever we return to St. Louis to visit our son in college. This is a 5 star property, clean, spacious, new, and centrally located to downtown, Clayton, the zoo/museum and walking distance to the amazing botanical gardens. The Grove restaurants and night life is just a couple minute drive away. Very comfortable place inside and a nice back porch area to sit out doors. Stephanie is very responsive and a great host. Highly recommend this location.

Great place and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay, with family, in St. Louis. The house is spotlessly clean and Stephanie has provided everything to make your stay truly comfortable. She is a wonderful host !

Our family of 5 stayed at Steph's home. It was outstanding. We were there for our yearly family weekend of Cards/Braves series. We took an uber to the games so we never had to use our cars. We walked to the park, botanical garden and the Grove during the daytime. Steph has really done well with the rehab (she even has before and during the rehab pics) and has done many small touches to the home that definitely make a difference. The whole process with Steph was painless. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone who is coming to St. Louis.
