The room is incredibly large with beautiful wooden furniture. There is a gorgeous ensuite with shower. Also a large walk in wardrobe. The room is extremely spacious and light looking out onto the rear terrace.
Since these pictures have been taken a single bed has been placed in the corner of the room. Also in the boxroom/wardrobe there is a high quality folding bed which allows for a fourth person to stay in the room. The bedroom really is a huge space so even with all beds out it is not crowded in the slightest.
The apartment is spread over two floors. It is technically a basement flat, but the rear upstairs overlooks rooftops and the lower floor at the back comes out onto a garden terrace so it really is a bright sunny space.

You have access to the huge kitchen, living room, the dining/social area as well as the front outdoor terrace and 2 shared bathrooms in addition to your private bathroom.

I am always here to help, and welcome questions. I always have time for my guests and really enjoy making your stay as best as it can be whilst in Edinburgh and provide you with all the information you require.

The area is of incredible quality, inside the New Town UNESCO World Heritage Site. The first residents of this street back in the mid 1700's were the most elite and powerful people in Scotland at the time. Nearby spots of beauty include Dean Park and Dean Bridge. The centre of town such as Princes Street (main shopping street) are just minutes away by walk. But also trendy areas such as Stockbridge are just a quick walk down the hill to experience great local shops, cafes and local produce and comfortable bars and restaurants. Free galleries like the National Portrait Gallery and National Galleries are again just ten minutes away.

Although so central the street itself is a wonderfully calm and quiet cobbled road where you can hear the birds (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) all day in the park across the road.

Such a good location for transport. Haymarket and Waverley station so close by foot (18 minutes). minutes to tram and airport stops.

All attractions from the castle to the botanic gardens are walkable. Pretty much every local bus in the city goes through Princes Street so you can easy get buses to out of town attractions including Royal Yacht Britannica, The Zoo, Roslyn Chapel and much more.

This really is a fantastic location with incredible parks nearby and all attractions so easily accessed. The street itself is quite incredible. As a result I do my best to reflect this quality in the apartment, it's furnishings and general comfort and ambience.

The street is extremely central but very quiet. Please be repectful of our neighbours. Make as little noise as possible on entering and leaving the building especially at night. Besides this really just make yourself at home. Try to turn lights off if you leave an empty room :)

I'm an easy going, fun and sociable person. I love traveling and seeing new places and meeting new people so find airbnb great. I also love the city I live in and really just want people to get the most out of their stay while here so always try to help out.
I co-run a business with my cousin Jack who also lives here. The business includes a small café in town so you can always get a discount coffee if you ask :)
In my free time I enjoy socialising with friends and my wonderful airbnb guests!!!, running round the local parks, discussing politics both national and international - don't worry I won't bore you too much :D
I love a good movie and am a keen lover of art and architecture.
