We'll be around if you need us, but we like to give you your privacy. One of us works quietly from home during the day, on the other side of the house in a separate wing. There are lots of neighbors and friends who take walks around the neighborhood, and everyone is friendly. Please take advantage of the adjoining Chapel Hill Greenway if you have time - we encourage you to step outside for some fresh air & exercise, you might make some new friends if you'd like to!
We have one small dog on the property, but she is house-trained and does not live in your half of the home. She does not shed and we keep the entire house very clean so chances are you may not even know the dog is there.
This is an older home, and we don't have a lot of modern, fancy, upgrades. However, we keep it very clean and tidy for you and this home has a spirit of welcoming, happy people and good cheer :) :) The location is also great.

I have lived at my home in Chapel Hill for more than twenty years now and love the neighborhood I live in! Its a small, eclectic group of welcoming, artistic, kind people. I enjoy traveling and exploring North Carolina and other places around the world, and am finally getting around to exploring the globe a bit more. As a single mom with children who are now grown, I am excited to get out of the house and do almost anything! I enjoy learning about other people's faiths, beliefs and practices. I enjoy visiting local temples, churches and synagogues. I travel light and enjoy a balance of quiet time and active time. I love to try new foods and new activities. I have been hiking with friends and family a lot lately and love spending time outdoors. I work as a Physician Assistant practicing at hospitals in the Raleigh & Cary areas of North Carolina. If I have to travel for work, I prefer to stay with Airbnb rather than at a hotel.
