If your visit is during the school year you might hear the beautiful marimba music downstairs in the Helios Center space underneath the apartment when one of our sons teaches others how to play. Eric's classes are usually only once week for an hour and lovely to listen to.
- not wheelchair accessible as the apartment is on the second floor.
- if you bring along a furry pet there is a $75 fee
- we also need to add the 10% city and state tax onto the rental price which we can collect from you when you arrive or will add this to the price as a 'special offer'
