Hunter's Stone Mill is an old, restored water mill, built in the early twentieth century. It is situated in a very picturesque area on the edge of the forest, directly by the river, surrounded by forests, meadows and a beautiful garden.
It's a perfect place for groups of friends, families with children, and the couple looking for a romantic stay.
The house is a great base for exploring the region's attractions, including the Bug valley, the palace in Korczew, Drohiczyn, or Janow Podlaski with the world famous stud.
From the nearest houses in the village of Patków, where there is also a railway station, Hunter's Stone Mill is approx. 2 km from the nearest shops, the eighteenth-century church and a traditional bakery can be found 5 km away, in Niemojki.
It offers accommodation in a stylish, period interior (for min. 6 people), with restored furniture, decoration and wooden beams. On the ground floor there is a spacious rustic and fully equipped kitchen, dining room with stylish tableware, as well as a seating area where you can relax on comfortable sofas, by the huge fireplace. In addition, there is a lovely bathroom with bath and window with views overlooking the river and the surrounding meadows. On the first floor lies a wooden, open mezzanine area with a stylish music and television area, metal double queen size bed, a double convertible sofa, as well as a single bed and a pull out metal-man bench. Furthermore, additional sleeping space can be found on the couch by the fireplace or TV.
The house, which leads to massive stone staircase, has wooden windows with shutters and stylish details. Directly at the house there is a descent on a wooden terrace and a pier with access to water. Hunter's Stone Mill has a lovely fenced garden. Before the house you can relax under the gazebo, which offers a beautiful view over the river. In addition, guests can enjoy the beautifully situated place for a bonfire and barbecue facilities. Parking site as well as the sun loungers are available for free.
Location makes it an ideal place to relax and commune with nature. We recommend a stroll through the woods and the surrounding meadows, as well as cycling and fishing.
Hunter's Stone Mill is the fourth "child" of my parents, who live a short distance away. They extend help and hospitality if needed.
