Our place is 1 block to the beach, playground, tennis and basketball courts and 2-3 blocks to Supermarket, Deli's and Pizza/Italian restaurant, Hoys 5&10, The condo is very well maintained with an open floor plan, big covered front deck, outside shower, off-street parking with garage to store your beach gear. Place is away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk district yet only a short distance away via car, bike or trolley. Easy access on and off the island via the 34th St. bridge.
- Roof top deck is for owners use only.
- Use of grills is not permitted on the premises.
- Guests are responsible for purchasing beach tags during summer season.
- Guests are responsible for removing all trash from the unit and placing in the outside trash receptacles. Trash and recycle pick times are posted.

Anne and Greg have been beach people for years. They met many years ago after college in Avalon when they were in group rental houses with friends and have been coming to the Jersey shore ever since now with their three children. We purchased our first property in Ocean City in 2010 which they use as their summer home and just recently purchased the a new unit (directly above their existing unit) which is the property for rent. Anne and Greg are both into physical fitness and enjoy running, biking and spin classes at their gym. Their favorite time at the beach is late in the day and early evening. You can find them on the 35th St. beach well into the evening with friends enjoying adult beverages and hors d'oeurves.
