The Cliffs of Moher to Galway city public bus stop is a three minute walk from my house. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). Situated on the Wild Atlantic Way, between the nearest beach and Kinvara village, amenities include cosy pubs, restaurants and cafes. The house overlooks The Burren National Reserve Park. There are three available double rooms, two of which are ensuite with king size beds and the third room is opposite it's own private bathroom with a queen sized bed. This listing sleeps two in a kingsize with a private ensuite bathroom. Guests have full use of a private, cosy and comfortable reception room for themselves. The house is spacious, bright and relaxing with extensive gardens and ample parking to the front for up-to four cars.

Guests are offered the option of a self-service breakfast including cereals, bread/bagels, tea/coffee, juice and yogurts. Guests do not have access to the kitchen but have their own sunny separate living room. Here guests may sit and relax in the evening.

The host will do her best as is tradition in IRELAND to make her guests feel welcome and settle in whilst also giving them space to come and go as they please! The host travels and is an avid Air B and B user herself.

I ask that guests are quiet when others are resting/sleeping, smoke outside and respect the property and others during their stay. For guests booking private room only, their is a cosy reception/sitting room where an optional breakfast is served. Guests may make tea/coffee in the breakfast room, with use of a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster as the main kitchen it is not open for cooking as it is part of the host-family's own space.
