À propos de ce logement

My place is close to main beaches, bars, restaurants and weekly Sunday market in a lovely village called San Juan de los Terreros, Almeria. It has family friendly beaches with many live attractions during summer period and a small castle with spectacular view. You’ll love my place because of the tranquillity of the area, mountain views, well maintained gardens as well as its distance to a beautiful beach (10-15 minutes walk only). My place is good for couples and families (with kids).

A lovely 2 bedroom linked villa on a tranquil cul de sac, with mountain views and surrounded by well maintained gardens. Approximately 10-15 mins walk (or 4 mins drive) to main beaches, bars, restaurants and the weekly Sunday market

The house comes fully equipped with A/C in the lounge. It has a patio area at the back of the property and a large terrace at the front for outside dining and relaxing in the sunshine.

Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed and large fitted wardrobes and a stand up fan
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and fitted wardrobes and a desk fan.

There is a large family bathroom and also a guest toilet with washbasin.

The Lounge/kitchen are open plan with air conditioning and have easy access out onto both terraces, the kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker etc

One terrace is covered and the other is open giving so whether you like to sit in the sun or siesta in the shade this is the perfect house for both.

This is a very tranquil area for peace and relaxation, however if you prefer a bit of nightlife it is within easy walking distance.

There are two doors to the property, both are accessible from front/back terraces. There is a shortcut to the beaches from the back terrace.

- 1. Respect everything that is involved: neighbours and the fixtures and fittings of the house. 2. Not authorised to bring additional people, without previous arrangement. 3. Not allowed to smoke in the room or house. 4. Permitted to have pets upon previous consent of the host. 5. If you lose the keys, you will need pay the cost for the copies. 6. If you get something damage, you will need pay the cost to replace it. 7. Not allowed to do parties or do activities that imply high noise that can disturb the neighbours. 8. Keep the house clean and tidy. 9. Please be aware that bath towels provided are for indoor use only so please don't use them as beach towels. 10. Please be aware that we only provide one duvet cover (master bedroom)/cotton blanket (second bedroom) + one bed sheet for each bedroom so please do not use the extra beddings in the wardrobe as those might be for the guests who check in on the same day when you leave. 11. Water is one of our most important life source and it is precious. Unnecessary bedding and towel wash would use more water. Please consider doing your part when you can protect and conserve this vital resource. 12. To reduce the demand of energy and its impact on our natural resources, please always switch off electric appliances e.g. Air conditioner, TV, lights when not using them.

We had a wonderful time in this house. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning at the front terrace and a drink in the evening at the bank terrace. In the house you can find everything what you need for a perfect holiday. We hope to come bank someday.
