Hello! My condo is larger than usual (44sqm), high-rise (21st floor) and quiet though in the center of Makati entertainment (nightlife, restaurants, malls). The unit takes after my simple lifestyle: no cable TV, no wifi, no cooking (though I'm a chef). There's a kitchenette with sink, ref, microwave and utensils for take-outs. Please book only if no-cableTV, no-wifi is a non-issue to you, if you're happy with just the basics (AC, hot shower, queen bed + optional airbed).
VERY ROOMY! Lots of elbow room. Queen bed (for 1-2 pax, plus queen airbed for 3-4 pax), dining table for 4, and a separate study/work table.
With AC, hot/cold shower, kitchenette, and balcony (no view) for guests who smoke or for hanging wet towels.
Very well lit, with separate switches for several light fixtures. With emergency light, too.
KITCHENETTE: Prepare take-outs here, but please no cooking as I haven't installed a range hood.
When we (me, wife, daughter) stay here occasionally, we just eat out to enjoy the walking distance to a variety of restaurants, from fastfood and local food bazaars to upscale ones. If you're a foodie, or would rather not cook, my place is right for you.
LOCATION: Millennium Plaza Hotel on Makati Avenue corner Eduque Street, Poblacion, Makati City. The hotel is between City Garden Hotel (Makati Avenue corner Kalayaan Avenue) and Berjaya Hotel. Within the area are Century City (Gramercy, Knightsbridge), A-Venue and Serenity Suites. The business districts of Ayala, Buendia, and Rockwell are just 10 minutes away by car.
It's a condo-hotel, but my unit is privately-owned, so there's no hotel housekeeping service. I keep it spotless and disinfected; when you arrive, it will be clean with fresh sheets and towels. If you're staying longer and would like some housekeeping service during your stay, I can arrange it for you at PHP600 (includes change of sheets and towels). It's entirely optional.
Accès des voyageurs
There are 5 free parking spaces at the hotel entrance, first-come first-served basis, no overnight parking. Alternative paid parking is available at nearby A-Venue for PHP50 per 3 hours.

I'll let you enjoy your stay in privacy. On check-in, I'll welcome you, give you the keys, and show you around the unit. I can give you a quick rundown of what's in the neighborhood. I'm totally available whenever something's up about the unit and you need me to come over.
I HOPE YOU'LL LOVE IT: This used to be my bachelor's pad, but I so loved the area that I didn't let it go even if had to move back to my mom's house in another part of Manila when I married. I maintain this unit for my college professor wife who likes to study here sometimes, and for my daughter who likes to go to Kidzoona Indoor Playground in Century City Mall. My wife and I enjoy the restaurants, they're so near!
MONTHLY RENT: please book a few nights first on Airbnb as courtesy to the site. And so you'd get a feel of the place before deciding to rent long term.
Smoking only in the balcony. No cooking (except for long term tenants).
I love this unit and stay in here myself. All I request is you treat it like you would your own: turn off switches and AC when not in use, minimize trash, keep it as clean and pleasant as possible. There is no free housekeeping service, you may opt to use the mops and brooms in the balcony for minor spills, and you may throw garbage in the chute at the fire exit near the elevators/lift (it's best to check out where the fire exit is as precaution). Housekeeping for a fee at PHP600 may be arranged with me.
I worked as a chef in Boracay Island. I spent 6 years there, employed in restaurants and running my own small businesses (a travel agency and publication).
The tourism bustle in Makati Avenue, where my condo is located, reminds me of the island that I and my family loved. We're basically beach folks now excitedly based again in the city.
