Our large 1200 sq ft+, private studio won't disappoint. A sunny 3rd floor unit with distinct kitchen area and separate bathroom (with door). One queen bed and 1 full sleeper sofa, perfect for a variety of travelers!
We are closer to Brown & Thayer Street than any hotel (a 5 min. walk). Were walking distance to Wayland Square, restaurants, bars and the grocery store. Were a good walk or $6 Lyft ride to Downtown, the train station & waterfire. An easy day trip to Newport or Narragansett!
This private studio is spacious, full of natural light and has recent upgrades. The space is completely separate from the rest of the house, with it's own entrance and locked door. It is the entire 3rd floor of our 1900 house and is over 1,200 sq. ft. It boasts cathedral ceilings, a full bathroom and designated kitchen/dining area, all within your own private area.
One queen bed (memory foam topper) as well as a full sleeper sofa (with a memory foam mattress!). Desk space, kitchen inclusive of a stove and dishwasher, makes this space great for business travelers, solo adventurers, visiting professors, visiting graduate students, 2 couples, a private couple get away or a couple with kids.
Complete with wireless internet, apple TV, AC, heat, iron, ironing board, pots & pans. Our lovely, large studio will not disappoint.
Please do note, this old house does not have an elevator and stairs are a little windy. It is heated by radiators which make some noises as they heat up. So, while very charming, it may not be suitable for elderly, young children, light sleepers or heavy packers :)!

Guests have access to their apartment, shared stairwell and parking area.

We will be available but do not interact with the guests as they have a completely private space. We always leave information about the area and fun things to do!
We live right in the 2nd floor apartment so we are available in case there are issues.
We are happy to have you stay as short or long as you'd like!
1.) During the winter months (DEC-MARCH) we will consider accommodating single night stays. Please feel free to ask.
We can offer monthly rentals (pending dates available) at the following prices (Airbnb taxes, fees will still apply). Month's do not necessarily need to begin on the 1st.
November, December, January & February- $1,450
March, April, & May- $1,700
June, July, September: $2,300
2.) PETS: Are at our discretion. If you'd like to bring your pet, please let us know WHEN YOU REACH OUT, we will have a few questions for you.
Please know that we do not have a yard for your use on our property. There are fields and dog parks near us, but know there are leash and curb laws.
We live with our large dog on the second floor, if you dislikes other dogs, to the point where hearing/smelling one on the second floor would cause issues, this might not be the best spot for you.
3.) PARKING: There is ONE (only one) parking spot available- UPON REQUEST. Please do let us know if you need it. Providence does not allow overnight parking on the street!
- No Loud Parties, loud noises, or loud Music. Though it is a separate apartment, this is a multi-family home and noises travels. There is no continually running across the floors or jumping (toddlers and dogs). Please remember that someone lives directly below you. This is especially true after 10 pm and before 9 am.
- No smoking in the building or on the property.
- if you are granted permission to have a dog, you are responsible for the dog's noise as well. If we message that the dog is barking continuously, you must come get it. We are reasonable, but again, this is a multi family home, and the dog cannot continually bark.
