My fabulous tree lined quite place is close to Disneyland Resort (1.2 mi), Angel Stadium (4.5 mi), Honda Center (5.2 mi), Convention Center (2.0 mi) and Knott's Berry Farm (4.9 mi). You’ll love my place because it's only a 16 unit complex with POOL and one car GARAGE. Freeway close too!

The main front gate is normally locked, however the side gate is always unlocked and allows entrance to the courtyard/pool area. Once there, it's best to allow the remainder of your party and luggage entree through the main gate and proceed up the stairs to the second level and apartment #9.
There's a keyless entree system to gain access to the apartment. The lone key will be inside the unit on a key rack, it provides access to garage(space#11), pool, laundry and the main gate from that point on!

Always Use the locked main gate in front to carry luggage in and out of the complex; proceed immediately up the open staircase, first unit on your right! #9 has a keyless locking system, code upon booking!. Please send one party member around to the walkway left of the complex to enter the unlocked gate into the courtyard/pool area. Proceed to the front gate and admit the rest of your party.
If all else fails, call me (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) and I will get someone to greet you at the front gate!
Garage (space #11) accessed though the back alley. The double garage is always unlocked and unsecured. Once in the garage, access to the courtyard through the single door may be locked, may necessitate going back around the complex to gain entry. The pool/garage/laundry/front gate single key will be on the key rack within the unit.
Please be aware, I'm an absentee host and live 60 miles away. Please be versed in standard operations of all appliances and heating/ air conditioners. A charge of $60 will be requested to make a NON emergency trip to the premises.
I want everyone to have a good time while staying in my place, all that I ask is that you clean up after yourself if there are ever any spills, etc.
NOT responsible for perishable items while using the refrigerator or freezer. I also would prefer no pets or smoking (inquire and I may make exceptions). Also please try to keep the noise level down and be mindful of my neighbors. No music allowed, and no parties of any kind. The number of people you have listed in the itinerary should be the only people inside the property at a given time.
It's a good idea to keep the front blinds closed, especially when you're 'out and about', and again when you leave. Please turn off all appliances and air conditioner when you leave! Thanks!
