What a great place to stay!! Check-in & check-out was super easy. Stephen was even able to let us park our car there prior to check in since we arrived earlier than expected. It was very clean and very well kept. Loved that it was so close to everything. Everywhere that we had planned to go was with either a 15 minute drive or closer. We took Lyft everywhere and each ride depending on the time of day was $15 or less. The bedroom does get hot since there is no AC but we managed to use another fan to blow the cool air in, so everything was perfect. The walls are a little thin so if you plan on being up all night and sleeping all day, be prepared for a little noise from the neighbors. At about 10-11pm the fireworks (from what I'm guessing was from Disney Land) go off which may be unexpected and a little loud even from this location.

The apartment was like an oasis after long driving. We enjoyed there great two days and were very happy with the location as well, because of Disneyland. If you want to go there, this is the place to book.

Do not stay here during extreme heat. When we arrived in Anaheim, the temperature was 105 outside and not much cooler in the unit. The single a.c. unit in the living room and fans provided may have been sufficient to keep the space cool if it had been cooled to prepare for our arrival. Very disappointing to have to pay for other accommodations that weekend on top of the airbnb expense. Stephen made check-in very smooth with ample communication and instruction, unfortunately not nearly as much effort was put into ensuring the space was hospitable.

As you can see from her response, the weather was extreme. This is a business, guests sometimes forget that! We aim to please, however something's things are out of our control like the weather. I'm an absentee host, I have my unit professional cleaned and never get complaints about the cleanliness ever! If I ran the utilities 7/24 the actual cost would have to go up and that goes against what everyone is trying to accomplish with this Airbnb model. I suggest staying only at hotels, where you can complain enough or cancel you credit card to insure last minute cancellations. You signed a cancellation agreement when you booked, wish you would have read it!

Our stay at Stephen's place could not have been better. Perfect location for a trip to Disneyland and the surrounding area! The apartment was very cozy, with comfortable bedding after long days, and a great kitchen for preparing some of our meals. Stephen was an incredible host, being quick to answer any of our questions and requests. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

GREAT LOCATION, 5 min drive or 15 min walk to Disneyland. Before we got our rental car we needed to get out to get a meal, so a 7 mins walk was a breeze to shops and restaurants. Just a 5 min drive to Food 4 Less 24 hour Supermarket, Walmart, McD's, Carl's Junior and lots of other stores. Really good value for money.

This place was perfect for a trip to Disneyland, its so close to it! It is also right down the street from In and Out and Starbucks. Stephen was very accommodating and helped us book an extra night to stay. Apartment is very clean and comfortable.

There's an excellent Mexican market in the shopping center of Euclid and Ball (cross Euclid) as well as amazing frozen custard at Rita's and a great taqueria. That shopping center was super helpful. Good place to stay but recommend driving to Disneyland instead of walking.
