This apartment is privately managed by Gold Coast Luxury Resorts. Key collection is from our office at Ground Floor - 15 Albert Avenue Broadbeach. Check in is guaranteed from 2pm. Our office is open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and 11:30am-3:30pm Saturday and Sunday. All guests are required to complete an online check in via either desktop, smartphone or tablet prior to their check in date as well as provide photo ID. A member of the GCRP team will make contact with you approximately 1 month prior to check in to arrange this.
The entire property is yours to use for the duration of your stay! We ask you treat the property as if it were you own & enjoy your time on the Gold Coast.

Gold Coast Luxury Resorts is a licences real estate office with extensive experience in private holiday letting. We pride ourselves on providing our guests with the best possible experience whilst on their travels to the Gold Coast. We will provide you with an emergency contact number that can be contacted in case of an emergency after hours, all other enquires can be managed by one of our friendly reservations team.
Check out: We simply require you to remove all rubbish from the property, wash up any dishes & unpack the dishwasher. Please remove all personal belongings and leave both sets of guest keys on the kitchen bench. You will NOT be required to attend our office to check out.
Please follow these very important house rules, to ensure the peace and enjoyment of the neighbours.
No Parties or Mass Gatherings: Our rates do not allow or permit the use of the property for parties or mass gatherings. All guests will be required to provide a an acceptable form of Photographic ID and sign off on the house rules prior to obtaining the keys to the property. The number of occupants allowed are as per approved on the guest registration forms and as advertised. The use of the property for functions, parties or other like gatherings are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Use of the property for such events or other than as a residential premises will result in the termination of the reservation for the property, removal of the Guest (s) and other occupants from the property and other costs or expenses (including a function/extra cleaning fee of up to $6,000 should the property be damaged) being charged to the guests credit card, if insufficient funds are available, the debt will be passed onto a debt collecting company or the courts for the debt plus recovery costs. Guest are required to keep noise to an expectable level and all properties have a 9pm noise curfew, failing to comply with this will result in police being called, cancelation of the reservation, removal from the property and loss of bond.
(website hidden) extra guests permitted: No extra guests are permitted to reside or stay at the property without consent from Gold Coast Rental Properties. If permitted extra charges will apply.
3.Music and noise curfew: Noise must be reduced to a minimum after 9pm, if you are socialising outside please keep voices down as it travels into other properties.
(website hidden) off: Shoes off property please ensure shoes are removed upon entry.
5.Parking: Parking is permitted in the garage and in the street (do not park on grass areas council patrols and issues fines) Please park your vehicles the correct way and clear of driveways.
6.Pets: Pets are not permitted in any property that Gold Coast Rental Properties manages. If pets or evidence of pets are discovered, guests will be charged for an extra clean (up to $120), pest spray (up to $150) and any damages will be charged at our discretion.
Penalties: The body corporate / Council / Owners / Gold Coast Rental Properties take breaches of the above house rules and other issues involving common sense seriously. Please remember while you are on holidays neighbours live here every day please respect their homes. We have and will evict guests and charge the penalty if these house rules are broken.
