Good Location for business, real estate, investment and also its where the europes one the best technology center is. This area is surrounded with airline companies, factories and hotels, shopping malls. Quickly developing area. Underground station is going to be finished by the end of the year which is quiet good for locals and tourists transportation.

I will try n do my best for my guests during their holiday/business trip. Please do not hesitate to ask!

"The two characteristic trades of the Turkish people are Hospitality and , closed family relations...

Hospitality is one of the cornerstones of the Turkish way of life. Turkish people are the most gracious and generous hosts as a result of their natural instincts. In every corner of the country such a traditional hospitality will meet you. Every individual feels bound to honor his guest in the best possible manner. They will open their houses to every guest with a smiling face and with all their sincerity give the best seat and cook the best food for their guest. Turkish. people are very understanding about foreigners' different customs and they try to communicate in order to help visitors according to their code of hospitality. The mentality of that hospitality is "whatever religion you are from, whichever country you come from, whatever language you speak, you are 'God's Guest' ," so you deserve to be welcomed in the best manner.

Family Relations are very closed within Turks. They respect their elder and support each other in every way. Fathers and Mothers do support their children financially until they get married. When the child get married the financial support may continue but it is expected that the new family could earn enough and manage their livings. Children do care very much about their elder. They take care of their elder and support them when they get old or sick both financially and mentally . This closed relation is a kind of boomerang, elder support children when they are young , children support their elder when they are old..."

My place is 2km from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport (located at Pendik / Kurtköy). I am 40 km away from Kadıköy, 12 km away from Pendik, and 50 km away from Taksim.

My place offers easy access, via a direct link to TEM highway.

Besides private car, multiple options are available for my guest; including taxis, rent-a-car, public bus, private bus (Havaş and Havataş), Tube / Underground, sea bus and train.

I am a smoker, gently informing my guests.

MUSIC IS MY PASSION; MY PASSION IS MY LIFE!
Although I discovered my other passions as life progressed, I came into this world knowing music was my passion; Composing and producing music is something I get lost in. Happy playing the guitar, piano and some percussion.

I am a media & communication graduated person living and working in Istanbul. (I worked as a voice artist - dubbing, study abroad consultant, hr & recruitment responsible, as a sales person in tourism in the past)

I am a single man. Have my own property. Living alone. Welcoming guests from different parts of the world.

I like travelling. Seeing new places, learning about the cultures and becoming friends with locals has always thought me something new. Travel @ grape times, for business or skiing (ski since 3-4 years old).
So far I have been to Rhodes, Vienna, Kitzbuhel, Agadir, Tuscany, Siena, Cologne, Budapest, Borovets, Sofia, Zagreb, Sarajevo, LA, Las Vegas, San Diego, San Francisco, Bournemouth, York, London, Cambridge, Oakham, Mancester, Oxford, Bucharest, Brasov etc..

I have a wonderful family. My father is a dentist and also a member of the world table tennis association. A real good table-tennis player!
My mother is retired. She was the administrator of British International School and was a class teacher in the past. She was a national tennis refree.
I have relatives from Uk, Wales & Greece and from other parts of Turkey. It is always nice to come all together!

Old and new friends are always welcome!!
Hope to meet you soon!
