Other than the unit, guests can lounge around at the reception area and the gardens, which are also located in the same compound as the property. A front desk personnel is on duty from 8am to 8pm while a night guard takes over from 8pm to 8am.
The apartment's interior has a modern contemporary vibe, air-conditioned, with a queen-sized bed and, 26″ LED cable TV, refrigerator w/ freezer, safety deposit, hot and cold shower, and a complimentary wifi internet access.

1. Room Service and Cleaning:
If you are one of our daily clients, you may request for a 'make up' of the room at the front desk on your preferred time of the day.
2. No Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. You may do so, only in the balcony and the common areas.
3. Quiet Hours:
It is okay to have fun inside the unit and common areas so long as it is not to the point that you are disturbing the community and other guests of the property. Quiet Hours is observed from 10pm to 8am.
4. Extra Guests:
For safety and security purposes, all guests of tenants should register at the front desk.
5. Energy Conservation:
We encourage our guests to conserve water and electricity - that is, turning the water from the faucet off and lights off, when not in use or when guests are currently outside the apartment.
6. Waste Segregation:
Boracay Island has an existing ordinance with regards to the segregation of rubbish/wastes. As there are 2-3 trash bins provided in each of our units, we highly encourage guests to participate in this initiative starting from their own leased units. If you are cooking your food, you may help us by putting food wastes in one trash bin while other rubbish (i.e. plastic, paper etc.) in the other trash bin.
