It has a spacious open plan living area leading onto two balconies with panoramic views, a scullery, two large double bedrooms both en-suite, a guest loo and off street parking. It's ideally situated with all the top restaurants, gyms, yoga studios and shops within walking distance.

This is one of the largest 2 bedroom flats in the area occupying 170 square meters (1800 sq. ft). The apartment has a spacious and sunny open plan living area, lounge, kitchen and separate scullery. The kitchen contains a large chef's table with four bar stools. Both bedrooms are spacious with built in cupboards, air con and luxurious en-suite bathrooms. The main bathroom has a twin basin and separate high pressure shower and bath. The guest bedroom has incredible views of Lion's Head and en-suite bathroom with large high pressure shower. The flat is fitted with high-quality double glazed windows and doors to ensure a peaceful sleep.

Guests will have use of the entire apartment including two large balconies, a lock up single garage behind security gates on the ground floor. The sea facing balcony has a gas braai, 4 seater table and gorgeous views towards Bantry Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. The other balcony has a washing line and views of Signal Hill.

I am based a short 15min drive from the apartment and available should you need anything additional during your stay. I am also happy to arrange private shuttles, which can take up to 17 passengers to all the tourist hot spots and beautiful wine tasting regions in the Western Cape.

The flat is ideally situated on the corner of Albany and Sea Point Main Road, which has a huge variety of bars, restaurants, grocery stores, private gym's and yoga studios within walking distance. It is also a 5min walk from the beautiful Sea Point Promenade where you can cycle, run or walk for miles along the ocean.

A number of MyCiti busses pass the flat every 10-20 minutes taking passengers into town via the V&A Waterfront or towards Camps Bay via all of Cape Town's top blue flag beaches including Clifton. There are always ample UBER's available for private hire in Sea Point.

The flat is safe and secure with a top security access system using an intercom, which links to the landline inside the flat. There is Netflix for your viewing pleasure and good internet. The flat is serviced twice a week and additional days can be arranged for your account.

Please be respectful of the space.

1. No furniture or any items that are in the apartment at the time of arrival may be moved or removed from the apartment.

2. Strictly no smoking allowed in the apartment.

3. Guests will be held responsible for the cost of damage, breakages and the loss of the key.

4. Maximum occupancy is 4 PERSONS. No persons other than those quoted for are permitted to share the accommodation unit.

6. Please make sure the door is securely locked before you leave.

7. Utilities: Please turn off all electrical appliances and lights when not in use and whenever you leave the apartment.

8. Quiet Hours are 11 PM to 8 AM: Please keep all noise levels to a minimum during this time.
