The apartment is in an excellent location in the Plateau. It is near public transportation that will easily take you to other areas of the city, in walking distance to restaurants and cafes, and walking distance to beautiful parks. The apartment itself is quite small, however it is really intended for one guest who doesn't need a lot of room.
The apartment had a few (URL HIDDEN) wasn't the cleanest I've stayed in, nor the quietest (entire conversations could be heard across from the window to other apartments). We were unlucky and there on very hot and humid days... even with the windows open, it was overly stuffy and difficult to sleep.
In addition, the parking wasn't quite as convenient as I expected. The host double-parked cars in the private lot, so if you arrived first, your car would be blocked in; in order to then leave, you would have to contact the host, who would contact the other guests, which is rather cumbersome in my view.
But for the extremely low rate charged for a Plateau apartment with a parking spot, these downsides were really not a surprise... if you can tolerate some discomfort and inconvenience, it's a good deal.
