A good-vibin chill spot in Fishtown to get creative, talk life, or just chill out on the sun chairs and drink some mint iced tea with lemon. A bike ride distance to all the best bars, coffee shops, good pizza and fishtown shopping.
I renovated this space for the last year and modeled the whole thing after my grandmas beach house down at Surf City, Long Beach Island, NJ. My grandparents built their beach house back in the 50s and its amazing vibes with lots of natural materials, so Im trying to bring that energy and design into Fishtown.

You have access to the backyard, the whole downstairs including the kitchen and tv area, and your room of course :)

The Beach House is a shared space with myself and one other airbnb room. I am typically in and out of the space each day living my life out and doing all that kind of stuff, lol. But yeah Im always down to help guide you wherever you need to go in the city and provide all the best knowledge I can. But feel free to make yourself at home, watch the tube, lay out in the little backyard, Cook up a big meal, wash your clothes, drink a beer, set up your laptop downstairs, etc. Im really easy going so make yourself at home! Unless you treat your home like dirt, then dont do that, lol :)
Good Vibes are Welcome!

Hi Friends !
So, I was living in Manhattan and Brooklyn for the first 5 years out of university and moved to Philadelphia 4 years ago to start up a Sustainable energy company with my brother. I grew up in the suburbs of Pennsylvania in a small town called Newtown. I am the middle brother of three. Those two guys are my best friends and they both still live in Philadelphia. I studied business & International Studies at Penn State University. I worked in real estate in manhattan for six years before starting up an energy company with a simple goal in mind to help the average person reduce their energy impact. In short we provide energy assessments and savings analysis on homes and small businesses.
Favorite Travel Destinations thus far would have to be Nepal, Brazil and Laos. The positive energy, deep passion for life, & thick untouched nature in these places were the most impacting in my travels.
I love to socialize and meet new people. I try to recognize that everyone has a story, so I do my best to ask the right questions instead of talking about myself. Its a challenge, but something I strive for.
Music is a way of life. I see live music as much as I can. Everything from Indie rock, to electronic, to jazz, to singer songwriter and so on. I absolutely love to bike and ride a longboard around the city, or any city I am visiting. Try to snowboard in the winter as much as I can & surf/bodyboard chill on the beach in the summer and my grandmas beach house in Surf City, LBI.
I am a very clean and considerate person. I am the type of person that likes to have all the dishes, pots and pans cleaned before the meal is finished. Its an art. I do love to cook though. Cooked for 4 years of my life at an italian restaurant. I love to cook everything from avocado, bacon, feta cheeseburgers to sweet-chili glazed salmon to veggie wraps. Love a nice glass of red to accompany.
When traveling I love to learn about others and in turn learn about myself. Through connectivity comes awareness and empathy. And an empathetic society is something that is worth striving for.
Thanks for reading about me! Peace and Love!
