One of eight fully self contained cabins located on the banks of the tranquil Crookhaven River, these newly refurbished modern cabins are perfect for the weekend away or a holiday. With access to the cabins private wharf, you cannot run out of things to do, including fishing & leisurely walks. Short walk to everything, one-night and group bookings are available. New TV.

Cabins 1,2 & 3 are waterfront, the others have lovely views however boat parking is only available next to cabin 1. Boating and fishing from the private wharf for your enjoyment, perfect for the weekend away or a holiday.

Open plan kitchen, lounge & dining area with access to front patio. Sheltered communal seating on the board walk is close to cabins so bring your BBQ. These cabins have 180 degree views that look all the way out to Goodnight Island.

Splendid holiday getaway
We really enjoyed our stay, the water was so close by. We went fishing in the afternoons. We also enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and sunset from our balcony. It felt like a relaxed place with friendly neighbour cabins. The place was very clean and tidy. Thank you for the wonderful holiday house.

Your payment will indicate acceptance and understanding of all the Booking Terms & Conditions The guest understands and agrees to the following terms and conditions: • You agree and acknowledge that Coastal Properties Realty is not party to the contractual relationship between you and the property owner; • Animals are not permitted unless otherwise stated; • All holiday properties are strictly no smoking areas; • Linen (being sheets and pillowcases, tea towels or towels) are not provided unless otherwise stated; Booking / Deposit / Final Payments • A 50% deposit is due and payable within 72 hours of booking. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received (full payment is required if your arrival is within 30 days); • The balance of your payment is required 30 days prior to arrival; • All published tariffs includes a cleaning fee plus a booking fee of $65.00; • Bookings made by third party websites may incur further charges which will be included in the total cost of tariff (i.e. ); • Guests are not permitted to sub-let the whole or any part of the holiday property; • Payment may be made by: Bank Cheque, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard or Direct Deposit to: Coastal Properties Realty, BSB: 012787 Account: . NB: Please ensure you identify your payment so that we can identify your deposit; • A 2.00% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions. Arrivals & Departures • Arrival time is strictly 2:00 pm or as advised by agent; • Departure time is strictly 10:00 am or as advised by agent. If you do not vacate the property by 10.00 am you will be required to pay additional fees as determined by the agent; • We may be able to offer an early check in or a late checkout; this will attract an additional charge. Back to back bookings and cleaner attendance may negate this offer; • Emergency after hour’s contact numbers are clearly displayed on the front door of each office and on the key envelope; • In the event of after-hours assistance, a callout fee of $100 may be payable for non-urgent matters i.e. lost keys or lockouts; • Guests must not break into the premises or attempt to do so when locked out, nor engage a locksmith without the agent’s permission. • Guest are to ensure the property is secure upon checkout, with all doors, windows and garages locked. Failure to do so will render the guest liable should any loss or damage of property occur. Key Collection & Return • Please arrive during business hours 9am – 5pm so that keys may be collected from our office. Should you not be able to collect your keys during business hours special arrangements will need to be made ahead of time; • All keys are to be returned to our office or as advised by agent; • A $35 charge may apply for keys not returned from some Currarong properties. Security Bond • A guest registration form is required prior to arrival along with a copy of drivers licence and credit card as proof of identity; • By providing credit card details you warrant that you have at least $1000 credit available to be paid if required; • Credit card details are held on file in lieu of bond and in the event of damage, breakage or loss, costs will be debited on your credit card up to the value of $1000 within 14 days of the booking; • If damage, breakage or loss exceeds $1000, additional fees will be charged by way of an invoice due and payable within 7 days; • If credit card details cannot be supplied, a $1000 cash bond is payable; • We reserve the right to take a cash bond booking, group booking or function at our discretion; • The bond will be refunded within 14 days of departure unless monies are being withheld to cover any extras, damage, breakage or loss; • Funds will be deducted from the security bond if we need to make a claim which may include but is not limited to: excess cleaning fees, cleaning of BBQ’s, loss of keys or remote controls, damage or breakages, excess guests, excess garbage removal, early check in, late check-out, telephone or internet charges (if applicable), after-hours callouts and removal of any animal mess. Coastal Properties Realty reserves the right to cancel a booking where a guest is registered on Bad Books. Children • No responsibility is taken for any person or pet staying at or visiting the property. Please take into consideration fencing, pools, dams, stairs, verandah, balconies and supervision of children. Garbage Disposal • All rubbish should be placed in outside garbage bins; • Garbage & Recycling bins will not be collected if they are overflowing, nor will bags be collected that are beside the bins; • Put your bins out on Monday nights for Callala Bay & Beach, Currarong, Greenwell Point & Myola and Wednesday nights for Culburra Beach & Orient Point and or upon checkout. • Excess garbage and or recyclables are to be removed from the property when you leave (there is a local tip and recycling point). If there is excess garbage left at the property after your departure, a $50.00 rubbish removal fee plus any tip fee may debited from your security bond. Tenancy • Guests are granted permission to occupy the property for holiday purposes. This is not a residential tenancy agreement under the residential tenancy legislation; • The agreement is between the property owner and the guest; • Guests are not permitted to remove or move any of the furniture or un-cable any electrical appliance or change their settings at the property; • Guests are expected to do a general tidy up of the property, wash all kitchen items used during your stay and put them away including leaving the dishwasher empty (if applicable); • Please leave the property in the condition that you found it in. A standard clean will be provided but anything outside a standard clean will incur additional charges and will be taken from your security bond; • If BBQ is left unclean a $50 cleaning fee will be charged from your security bond.   Damaged / Breakages • So as not to inconvenience incoming guests please report any faults, damages, breakages or losses to the property, furniture and furnishings immediately. • If not advised, we will consider damages to be the responsibility of the current guest and charges will be made accordingly; Noise • Guests must comply with Shoalhaven Councils Noise Control Regulation (extract Midnight to 8 am on Friday, Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday 10 pm to 8 am on any other day) and or any Strata Title By-Laws; • If a warning about noise is given to you or any other guest at the property without effect you will be required to vacate the property IMMEDIATELY without recourse for a refund. Number of Guests • Each holiday property has a stipulated maximum number of guests. This number must not be exceeded as it is against Health Department Regulations for more people to occupy a property than there are beds to accommodate them; • No tents, caravans, mattresses or extra guests over the stated maximum will be tolerated; • A breach of this condition will result in direction for immediate vacation of the premises without recourse for a refund. Occupancy • Excessive noise, inappropriate behaviour that is threatening to neighbours or ill treatment of premises will not be tolerated. Guests can be issued with a warning or may be asked to leave the property. No monies will be refunded to the guest; • In the event of an infectious illness occurring during the booking, the guest agrees to pay for a professional disinfect and fumigation (where applicable); • To ensure total satisfaction with the property booked, we encourage each guest to pre-inspect the property prior to making a booking; • Any area of the property which is found to be locked and for which a key has not been supplied is for the exclusive use of the owner and not for guest use; • The guest agrees to allow reasonable access to the agent, owner and/or tradesman to arrange and/or carry out any necessary repairs and maintenance. Christmas Booking • All annual Christmas re-bookings require a holding deposit of 25%. The balance of the required 50% deposit must be paid by July 1st. Full payment of the tariff is required one month prior to arrival. We cannot guarantee your re-booking for the same property until a deposit is received and subject to owner discretion. Cancellation Policy • If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to your arrival all monies paid are refunded less the $65 Booking Fee and a $30 administration fee; • If you cancel your booking less than 30 days prior to your arrival and a replacement booking can be secured all monies paid are refunded less the $65 Booking Fee and a $30 administration fee; • If the property cannot be rebooked, all monies are forfeit; • If you choose to shorten your stay, the unused portion of tariff is not refundable; • We recommend travel insurance to protect you from unforeseeable events. Lost Property • No responsibility will be taken for guest’s personal property during their stay or left on the premises after departure; • Please secure the property while you are out and lock your vehicle at all times to prevent any loss; • It is the guest’s responsibility to organise postage or a courier, we can post the items COD; • We reserve the right to charge a $25 service fee to collect lost property and or arrange postage; • Lost property will be disposed of or given to charity 30 days after your stay if not claimed. Pets • Your pet is most welcome at our pet friendly properties, a pet surcharge is applicable at many of our properties; • The pet surcharge is $100, all pets must be agreed to in writing prior to your stay; • Bring bedding for your pets; • Where pets are permitted, care must be taken by the guest to ensure there is no evidence of any mess left within the property after occupation. Wrap and place any mess in outside bins; • Pets are only welcome if approved and paid for. If evidence of a pet is discovered without approval or at a non-pet friendly property you will be charged our standard pet surcharge and for steam cleaning of carpets, furniture and/or mess left by the pet; • Pets are not permitted inside the house at any time. If evidence of a pet is discovered inside the same conditions apply as having a pet at a non-pet friendly property; • If you are stay at a property that allows your pet inside do not allow your pet on any furniture and restrict your pet to the hard floor areas and keep it out of the bedrooms. If evidence of a pet is discovered on the furniture or in bedrooms the same conditions apply as having a pet at a non-pet friendly property; • Any damage or extra cleaning requires as a result of your pet having stayed will have to be paid for by the guest and will be taken from the bond. You will be notified by email that this has occurred. Properties with a Pool/Spa • Children are to be in the company of an adult and under adult supervision at all times in the pool/spa area. The locking provided to the entry of the pool/spa area is not to be tampered with in any way. The lock is to be used at all times; • Please report any issues with equipment or furniture to our office; • Operating equipment is not to be tampered with at any time; • Diving is not permitted in the pool/spa; • Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the pool/spa area; • Any kind of glass ware is not permitted in the pool/spa area. Properties with a Games table • Care must be taken when using the snooker/pool table; • Children are to be supervised by an adult at all times.
