This condo is great! The owner had everything set for our arrival. He was very flexible for our late arrival as well. The condo doesn't look big from the outside but was very spacious for our large group. Their could have been more parking spaces but we parked at the grocery store within walking distance. overall it was a fantastic place for us and if we are ever in Louisville again, we will definitely try to stay here again.

Jack was easy to communicate with as the host, and this rental unit has the basic things you need for a comfortable stay - especially with the number of comfortable beds/bedrooms for a larger group. The living room and kitchen area are a bit tight if you want to cook in with a group, but the downstairs family room provides plenty of space to relax. Parking was easy and the location is convenient to drive to Louisville's attractions.

The place was great. We had 10 people and there was plenty of space, and it's less than a block from a big grocery store. The place was very nice, too.

This property was perfect for our scattered family of 6 who wanted a reunion in Louisville over the Christmas holiday. We all had our own bedrooms with very comfortable beds. I slept better than in my own bed! The modern kitchen was well equipped to do our own cooking. There was high speed wireless internet connection, which allowed one in our party to work remotely. Cable tv was a plus. We enjoyed walking a few blocks to great restaurants and bars, and the grocery store right next to the complex was convenient. An additiional advantage was our ability to have our pet with us. Jack was very accommodating and eager to please. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience, and we all went home with wonderful memories. Thank you, Jack, for allowing us to stay in your nice town home.

Great place to stay. Convenient location with nearby gas, groceries, pharmacy, and liquor store. Comfortable beds with great set up for a large group.

Wonderful location...walking distance to grocery...comfortable beds and linens. Nice appliances and quiet neighborhood. Jack was very easy to work with, to fault of our own, there was damage from an iron on a piece of furniture which progressively got worse after we left. Jack contacted me and we resolved the matter quickly and fairly.
