After the initial booking enquiry results in a booking, I will contact the Guest/s a few days prior to the stay, then again immediately before they are to arrive, to give them the arrival process. I will then leave my Guest/s to enjoy their stay - unless they contact me.
One the day before departure, I will again contact the Guest/s to run the their departure time and exit process.

It is a property for a family who like the proximity to Barwon Heads' offerings and a fresh, shiny townhouse. It is an upmarket property for the discerning Airbnb guest who has luxury and quality for their own home and wants that to continue on holiday.
This townhouse has clear house rules - the most important one is to be quiet. This includes, no loud music, no parties and no shoes to be worn inside.
I will write clear and detailed feedback on all Guest/s about the condition I found the property upon departure, which includes, but is not limited to: general tidiness, any damage, neighbourhood complaints, whether fridge is cleared, whether bins are emptied, if exit processes were followed .. .
No schoolies, no pets, no loud activities.
This townhouse has close neighbours, who need to be respected and noise is the biggest aggravation to neighbours. Keep it down at all times.
This is a shoe-off property and all guests are required to remove shoes at the door. This keeps the property clean and shiny for future guests.
Parking on the allotment must be in the property's space only (one car only) or on the street (20m away and in abundance).
These no's and rules must be adhered to by all Airbnb guests. No exceptions.
Whilst the property is located towards the back of the allotment, making it child friendly, it does have stairs, so children under 5 years of age would need to be supervised in that regard. The townhouse can be made secure during the day to prevent children from going outside of the house, or outside of the grounds.
