After the initial booking enquiry results in a booking, I will contact the Guest/s a few days prior to the stay, then again immediately before they are to arrive, to give them the arrival process. I will then leave my Guest/s to enjoy their stay - unless they contact me.
One the day before departure, I will again contact the Guest/s to run the their departure time and exit process.

This property is luxurious, has high quality appliances and is only a few years old.
All furniture is brand new as of September 2016.

It is a property for a family who like the proximity to Barwon Heads' offerings and a fresh, shiny townhouse. It is an upmarket property for the discerning Airbnb guest who has luxury and quality for their own home and wants that to continue on holiday.

This townhouse has clear house rules - the most important one is to be quiet. This includes, no loud music, no parties and no shoes to be worn inside.

I will write clear and detailed feedback on all Guest/s about the condition I found the property upon departure, which includes, but is not limited to: general tidiness, any damage, neighbourhood complaints, whether fridge is cleared, whether bins are emptied, if exit processes were followed .. .

The Rules:
This townhouse has close neighbours, who need to be respected and noise is the biggest aggravation to neighbours. Keep it down at all times.
This is a shoe-off property and all guests are required to remove shoes at the door. This keeps the property clean and shiny for future guests.
Parking on the allotment must be in the property's space only (one car only) or on the street (20m away and in abundance).

These no's and rules must be adhered to by all Airbnb guests. No exceptions.

Whilst the property is located towards the back of the allotment, making it child friendly, it does have stairs, so children under 5 years of age would need to be supervised in that regard. The townhouse can be made secure during the day to prevent children from going outside of the house, or outside of the grounds.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Gerry's place. Location was perfect to enjoy all that Barwon Heads has to offer. Our welcome reception of wine and Easter treats was a lovely touch and communication with Gerry was prompt and easy. The house was presented beautifully with a modern and luxurious feel.

Gerry's house was well located, perfect for strolling to the cafes, boutiques and beaches and was extremely comfortable. Everything we could possibly need was provided for, with many luxurious touches. Gerry was an excellent host and very helpful! We will definitely return!

Gerry's place is very spacious with all the mod cons, the location is quiet but still close to town... we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My husband, daughter and i loved our stay at this beautiful townhouse, which is impeccably clean, practically new and has been decked out with everything you could ever need! The property is a really great size, with plenty of room in the living area, huge bedrooms, and great outdoor deck. The furniture, linen, towels, pots, pans, etc are all excellent quality. There's a BBQ which was handy and a coffee machine. The pantry and fridge have been stocked with the essentials plus more, which makes it so easy to breeze in and out. The location is great, only a couple of minutes walk to the shops, and about 5-10 mins to the river depending on which end you go to. It has air-con in every room which was great for summer, comfy beds and a decent shade over the decking area. The host Gerry was very friendly and easy to get in touch with and very quick to respond. He was flexible with check in and out times and made the process very easy! It was really clean on arrival and we even got a bottle of wine as a welcome present as well as Tim Tams! Very nice touch. We stayed for over a week so got a nice discount on the price which is an extra plus! Highly recommend!

Gerry's property is absolutely spotless with everything anyone could need for a fantastic holiday! It is modern and homely with lovely new furniture and so clean that we felt as though no one else had ever stayed there before us. The kitchen is beautifully equipped, with milk and bread in the fridge and wine waiting for us on the bench. A coffee machine, wifi and heating/cooling in every room were other highlights. The outdoor deck with BBQ and dining setting is great too! Gerry is an awesome host- so quick to reply to messages and happy to give more information before you book. He even went out of his way to return our lost property to our home in Melbourne. Thanks so much, Gerry! We would feel really lucky to stay there again :)

It was all so easy. The place created a space for us to relax. It has EVERYTHING to make for a great stay. Gerry was just the best host, explaining everything and of course checking up to see we were ok and settled in.

Good setting, short walk to beach and shops. Very clean and well equipped - the hosts had pretty much thought of everything! Lovely private decking/suntrap.
