Inside, the living space is furnished with deep, comfortable seating, a marble coffee table, and a 79-inch smart TV. The adjacent dining area seats ten, positioned next to a full-sized grand piano, both a striking feature and fully functional for those who play. The closed kitchen is well-equipped with a gas stove and oven, full-size fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and Nespresso machine, ideal for daily meals or entertaining. A dishwasher and washing machine are also included, along with full Wi-Fi coverage throughout the penthouse.
