This quiet, lovely home has a full bedroom & bath for a guest. Walking in, you can feel the positive energy and calmness. The yard is radiant with CA natives, flowers, vegetable, fruits, hummingbirds and more. The neighborhood is safe & friendly.
Single bedroom (Queen bed, large closet in the room) with use of the full bathroom. Full use of modern kitchen and laundry available. Lovely meditation garden in backyard. Married couple owners in residence, but you have privacy. Quiet neighborhood near LAX and easy access to freeways. Not under the airport flight paths so no airport noise. Close to shops, restaurants and movie theaters. We're also close to the beach and mountains so you can explore the outdoors in many shapes and forms. We have a dog and we do not wish to host pets, although we will consider on a case to case basis, if it is very short term.

You have access to the full house, except the Master bedroom/bathroom. The bedroom has a real bed with fresh sheets. The full bathroom is primarily for your use and the use of guests who visit the house so you need to keep it clean and tidy. Linens provided in the bathroom. The kitchen is fairly well used so you will not have a lot of space for storage here but you do have full use of a mini-refrigerator/freezer and kitchen utensils and cooking implements. You need to stock your own food. Fresh, filtered water is available for guests. There is a coffee maker in the guest room for those who need a caffeine fix at all hours. House is wi-fi ready. You have a full satellite system in the bedroom with DVR and movie/sports channels in addition to regular American network channels. You have full access to the yard, as well, if you enjoy the outdoors close to home.

We are both very busy people so we don't interact a great deal with guests but we are friendly when we are around! If you need help with something, we will do our best to assist you.
Please note that Los Angeles Airbnb hosts are required to charge an occupancy tax for any rental 30 days or less. Airbnb does not currently take this amount out of the cost to rent - it is the host's responsibility to remit this to the City of LA. This is the reason we require a minimum stay of 31 days vs. 30. Your cost is actually less to book 31 days vs. booking 30 days and having the cost of the occupancy tax added to your total (14%).
This is an ideal rental for a single person. If you are a couple, maximum stay is two weeks. Should you book for this period of time, we will need to add the cost of the occupancy tax to your listing, which is 14%. Please do not book as a single person then have your significant other show up later. Your overnight guests must be approved prior to booking.
No smoking anywhere on the premises, including the yard or driveway. Clean up after yourself, especially your bathroom. No guests or parties without permission of owners. Inquire regarding pets since we will only consider a pet on a short term visit. If you plan on having an overnight guest, you must obtain permission from the hosts ahead of time. If you have booked as a single individual, that is what we are expecting to host so take that into account when you are booking.
